    This appears to be a misdirected complaint. The abbreviated business name for Automotive Credit Corp. is not an entity owned or operated by Auto Credit Express. 

    Without any additional information, we are not able to verify that this individual's complaint is specific to Auto Credit Express.

    I was contacted by this company telling me they would help me with a car loan and that they have selected dealerships and if I had any problems with the dealership to contact them. More than once my contact information was given to several dealerships to contact me to set up a payment and collect my income information from both Auto credit express and the dealership. I get to the dealership and they have no knowledge on who auto credit express is and I call auto credit express and they tell me they are not a loan company and they cant help me. I went sent to the dealership from them, I never gave my information to the dealership. Auto credit express did and when I contacted auto credit express like their representative told me they had no knowledge of me getting a loan from them and told me they are not a loan company. I have so many hard inquires because of this company and wasted money and time on trying to get car because this company said they would help me. I would like to reimbursed for time and help with the hard inquires off my credit. Now im effected more than before because of this.

However, we're not in the position to deliver monetary compensation, as we collected no money from you for our services. 

    As for the hard inquiries, you can contact the credit bureau that is reporting them to see how they impact your credit and when the impact will be reversed. 

    Auto Credit Express works to make the process of financing a car easier on consumers by matching them to local dealerships that are equipped to handle unique credit situations. We can assure you that nowhere does our company use the type of verbiage that promises or guarantees anything regarding approval. While we do help consumers get matched to local car dealerships, loan approval is dependent on the qualifications of the dealer you're matched with and the lenders they work with. We were able to connect you with Riverside Volkswagen.

    I am sorry that the dealer sales rep wasn't aware of our connection to matching you to them.     I applied for what was supposed to be an auto loan today, May 6, 2024. The website promises to match you up with lenders immediately. Instead, it is collecting your data and selling it to everyone. It also is incredibly misleading when you are going through the 'application process'. They have another website pop up with extremely tiny letters that are easy to miss saying it's an ad. When you close out of that, it tells you in order to finalize your loan offer, you have to select two insurance companies. This is also a scam to further spread your data to others. You have to close out of that and go back to their website separately to then check the status of your 'loan'. It now says it is 'processing' and can take two days. So much for 'immediate' response.

    Scam website,, it ask for my full social then ask me to pay $1 so i can get my credit report so i can hand it over to them. Thats unheard of, a legit website would be able to run my credit report.

    Upon filling out my information I noticed that it was not for an actual loan so I explicitly did not select the box to agree to any terms and/or move forward with the application. Immediately I started receiving phone calls from multiple dealers they in fact informed me there was a hard inquiry pull and that I needed to consult with this company in regards to this because the information was sent over by Auto Credit Express. ***** later someone reached out from Auto Express regarding an expired application I addressed my concerns she kept trying to refer me back to the local car lot. The website is deceptive and *** made attempts to dispute the information with the ** again my issue is with this business because they submitted my details without me accepting the terms and agreements on their website and I just want these inquiries removed

    We do see that you applied through ** to be connected to a dealership through an affiliate source. However, since we are not a financial institution, we did not pull your credit. Any inquiries made to your credit have come from the dealership attempting to get financing for you. When you complete the request process you agree to have your information looked at by a dealership, and the specific dealership that pulled your credit must be the one to remove a credit inquiry. If you believe that you did not agree to have your information looked at, you can dispute this directly through the credit bureau, but we are unable to remove this from your credit since we did not initiate it.     While we do see that you have submitted several auto loan request forms with us, we have been unable to find a dealership in your area with lending prospects for you. Auto Credit Express works with dealerships across the country that are experienced in handling unique credit situations, but the lenders they work with still have requirements car buyers must meet in order to qualify. While we do help consumers get matched to local car dealerships, loan approval is dependent on the qualifications of the dealer you're matched with and the lenders they work with.

    Auto Credit Express is not a lender, and we do not provide loans ourselves, so we have not pulled your credit. However, by submitting our form you agree to have your credit checked by prospective lenders in order to attempt to provide you with financing. When a lender checks your credit for the purpose of a loan you lose a few points temporarily, but your credit should bounce back from these.  

    We regret that we were unable to help you get financed. If you'd like to try again, you may fill out a request form once every 30 days for an attempt at a match.     I have been trying to resolve my issues with my affairs due to identity theft. My employment requires that I have a vehicle and due to the identity theft I am faced with obstacles. I filled out an application for a loan for a reliable vehicle on several occasions and I NEVER GET any response and when I call they say they never received it or its still processing after that I will never hear from them again no follow up with anything. They stated they work with any type of credit and they were referred to me by Credit Karma. I feel that they advertise that they will work with all credit types and they are partners with credit bureau and they should honor what they advertise and should be held accountable and do it in a reasonable time frame as well. I will stress the fact that I am not the only person who has been a victim of identity theft and NO ONE wants to experience what it does to your life and how stressful it is and slow process because your faced with obstacles like being judged by business calling you liars refusing to answer and being discriminated against and the expenses that it costs you and my livelihood. I come to these companies IN GOOD FAITH and I am trying to get back my life back as close as it was and move forward with my life and I am in no position to be changing employment and shouldn't be forced to doing that.

Auto credit express and its affiliates have been calling and emailing me non stop even after asking to be removed from their contact list. I have asked to be removed with no avail. Placed them on do not call list. Please remove me from your list and also your affiliation list.
