We've used Crooks Plumbing for at least 30+ years. This time I discovered our hot water heater sprung a leak and they were able to send a technician within about 1.5 hrs! The technicians were very professional in demeanor, did a quality installation (and removal), and cleaned up afterwards. Their office receptionist was very pleasant, professional, and attentive. Had a major pipe leak and they came out the same day that I called and said they would call back the next day with a quote. Two days went by and had not heard back so I called the office and the Lady stated she would look into and have someone call but that was a week ago and still have not heard from anyone. I of course moved on and my pipe was fixed within two days of contacting another company. Very poor communication and customer service so I will not be using them in the future.Review from Amy K

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had the owner come in and write me up a quote. But I did not hear back from them in three weeks so I called them and all they told me was all the work was based on $125 an hour. Thats it! Then, I said all right all I want is the toilet replaced. I scheduled the next day and no one showed. I called the company and they said that someone didnt schedule right now I got the message and there was poor phone skills and customer service on the phone all throughout. It was a person that obviously did not have adequate training or was not a good fit for the job. In business since the 50s or 60s? Wow, do you think that they have their processes well down, in place, and have the right people in the right positions. I took the day off of work for this. I have requested 10% off my ****. Which in retrospect, as a fraction of my lost wages and such. Business is mainly about customer service, and *************************************** and ******************** is not about that
