My husband purchased a vehicle from this dealer and the vehicle had issues that he was told were going to be taken care of. A check engine light and tire sensor issues. He spoke with **** and they did a deferred down payment when he came in to pay he asked about getting it fix was told he had to pay the full down payment and use his warranty to repair the issues. Why is he repairing issued that were preexisting? Because it was his first solo purchase he listen and so we took to the shop the suggested who said the issue was ******* and not covered under warranty mind you it took months for us to get an appointment because they charge storage. He paid 150 to tow the vehicle back home called **** several times and no answer or call back. So we took it to a ********* dealer because we were told its the turbo and the vehicle has a special policy had to pay for the tow again to be told the repair is 1500 and not the issue that the other shop said and warranty doesn't cover everything so we are still coming out of pocket for a repair that the dealer should have taken care of. In total we are paying ****** for a repair the dealer should have handled.

I was at deckers on October 26, 2024 I test drove a traverse and mentioned that the car was shaking and the owner promised to have it taken care of on Monday and if there was a huge problem he would take the car back and undue the deal. Said he has it inspected already. I told the gentleman during the paperwork what the owner said about what we discussed abd he said well hes the owner so trust his word. I left the dealership and in less then 3 miles the transmission started to slip badly. I texted him and told him and also said I would Prefer just to bring it back. He said no just get it checked on monday. Monday the mechanic called said the shocks, struts, all 4 breaks and rotors needed replacing, the transmission fluid was dark and the tires were all choppy. The owner said at that time he wasnt taking it back and that they would only pay $400 of the repairs which wasnt the deal. I spoke to a different person who explained all they do with the cars is plug something in to see if it throws a code and thats all. He had me test drive another car but that wasnt any better. He suggested a different one that I already drove on Saturday that was worse. This isnt buyers remorse at all it is literally a safety issue and he wont honor his word.
