    I've been leasing **** vehicles for over 20 years and have never used the same sales person twice. Whether it be because the person was no longer working at that dealership, I refused to work with that person again, or I just went to a different dealership altogether. For the first time I worked with the same sales person for the 2nd time in a row, because he is the absolute BEST! Jalen has every quality I have been looking for in a sales person for 20 years. In regards to the sales person/customer relationship, he listens and is an excellent communicator, always up front about my wants/needs and responds quickly to my messages in an upbeat and positive manner. He's very personable, always asking how my day is or inquiring about my family. Jalen does his homework, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, features and packages and knows how to get me all that I'm looking for. He is honest and trustworthy about what is available in my price range and making sure I know all avenues available to get what I want. Once the details are all in place, he is quick to get the paperwork done and get me in my new vehicle. On this particular occasion, it took about 4 hours from beginning to end...the end being Jalen delivering me my new car, explaining all the new features, setting up the **** Pass app on my phone, and picking up the vehicle I was turning in all without me even stepping foot in the dealership. Not to mention he is always there with follow-up to make sure I am happy and answer any questions I may have and continues to make me feel like a priority even after the sale is done. ***** is an asset to any dealership and customer that he works with.

    I went to the service center to have my car fixed. They gave me a rental and after a week called to say my car was fixed. My car died within 3mins. They gave me the rental again. After another full week they called to claim it was fixed. Upon returning the rental, a scratch was found of the windshield. I had no recollection of that happening but was willing to go through my insurance to get it fixed. I was threatened with a $1000 bill if I couldn't work out the claim with my insurance. I tried for 3 full weeks to get in contact with Atchinson to provide documentation to my insurance company and no one ever returned my calls or gave me proper information. I had the manager ****** say he'd send over documentation that listed my insurance as primary in a brief message. Instead they contacted my insurance company stating they had coverage on the rental, therefore, my insurance company denied my claim. I believe they did this to collect additional money under their own policy. I still haven't been able to talk to anyone in that department over this issue. 0/10 recommendations. They do not provide correct information. They are NOT willing to work with you. They do not look into issues but go with the quickest solution to "fix" your vehicle. Horrible customer service. This should not have been this big of an issue.

    ATCHINSON **** keeps sending me junk mail about ****PASS REWARDS. I have told them several times to put me on DO NOT contact list & stop harassing me. They won't corporate & keep sending me the junk mail. I need BBB help to get this stopped.

    Went online and showed that they had a Maverick in stock. We went through the purchase process and finance forms. Showed up the next morning at the "Scheduled" 9am appointment time.Receptionist was confused and had to ask for a salesman. The salesman informs us they have NO Mavericks in stock they are presold. He also stated that they knew the online system was doing this, When I expressed that this was upsetting and confusing...his response "don't know what to tell you just how it is" he then turned away from us, as if done with us.I placed a negative review on ****** because of this. Their response was that they were "Disappointed" then listed a number asking me to call.It stated "we will do our best to make this better. We hope to hear from you soon."I called the number listed on their response 2 days ago. The receptionist who answered had no idea what I was talking about. I was sent to the voicemail of a "Manager" and 2 days later No Return Call. I was, not only, looking to buy the Maverick. If all had gone through as it SHOULD have, I wanted to put in an order for a 2023 Bronco. They lost 2 sales from one incident.
