    Bought a dishwasher from this company dishwasher not even 5 months old. Stopped working the dishwasher has a warranty on it . I called whirlpool they sent a 3rd party to assess the dishwasher for repair. First company the sent never showed. Second company showed said dishwasher needs whole new motor and control panel. This company ordered parts i waited 4 weeks for parts to make an appointment and take off work for the repair to happen. They never showed . Called whirlpool who then informs me that company went out of business the week prior. So here I am been over 2 months with a broken dishwasher waiting on repairs to happen and being told i will have to start the whole repair process over and someone else will have to come out then order parts again. There is no reason why i cannot just be sent a replacement at this point . There is also no reason why a whole motor goes on a brand new dishwasher .

    I purchased the refrigerator and five other appliances on 11-26-24 at ******* in *********, **. When I bought the refrigerator and registered the applicances. I was told there was a 30-day warranty unless it was a manufacturer issue then it was a year. I did not buy the extended coverage because I have Old Republic home protection. The refrigerator door developed rust, the freezer size door did not. We did nothing to cause this rust so it should be covered a a manufacturer issue.     Whirlpool is offering to send the refrigerator door to her home via ***** ground at no charge. When the customer receives the doors, then she can contact me to schedule no charge service to install the door. ETA10-12 weeks for the doors; due to being made on an order by order basis. Expires 3/15/2025.

    I deeply regret purchasing the WRX735SDHW10. This refrigerator is only six months old, and the water dispenser constantly leaks. Despite being under warranty, Whirlpool has shown no interest in actually fixing the issue. They sent a repairman who claimed he would order parts, but he never returned. When I complained, Whirlpool just kept referring me back to him instead of taking responsibility. I have chat and call transcripts proving their lack of effort, yet they refuse to do anything. Terrible product and even worse customer serviceavoid this model at all costs!

    My electric dryer stopped heating while still under the manufacturer warranty. After 7 different calls and countless hours during work time Maytag will not send a service tech to solve the issue. They claim that there isn't any service tech close to our home. They said they would find someone and get back to us but once again we have heard nothing. If they can't get someone here to repair it then replace it !!

    I am in contact with *****. This is not resolved yet. The company that sends out the **** cards does not have any of my information on file from Whirlpool therfore has not sent out any payment.     I have not received any calls regarding the status of an outcome since speaking to ***** on the fourth and Calling the **** card company on that day and finding out they have no record of my information. The bank that was supposed to call me within 24 hours never called me. I called the executive office yesterday and left a message and have been promised this issue will be resolved, but have not had a resolution as of yet.

    ******** did find their banking Department made a mistake and never send out my information to the ************* The whirlpool executive office called yesterday (2/10/25) and told me they cut a check and mailed it to me and I should receive it shortly. So the original response from whirlpool was wrong but now it is resolved so I would like to amend this and say it is fixed, but I would like for the record to show that the original response was not fixed.

    Our brand new dishwasher is defective and damaged the island in our new home. Whirlpool has sent two technicians and was told the dishwasher is defective and damaged the island.     On April 28th, 2023, we purchased the KITCHENAID 44 dBA Dishwasher in PrintShieldTM Finish with FreeFlexTM Third Rack, microfilter, top controls (1) Serial Number: *********. The model number is: **********. Since purchasing the dishwasher, we had to have it serviced three times under warranty and once not under warranty. At this point, the dishwasher needs to be replaced because the cost of the part is nearly half of a new dishwasher. After only three months from purchase, on July 11th, 2023, the dishwasher stopped filling with water and the arms would not spin. The motor on the dishwasher needed to be replaced. We contacted KitchenAid and submitted a service request. On August 10th, 2023, the dishwasher began to leak at the door. A service request was submitted. The first service did not work and the tech had to come back a few days later because it was still leaking under the doors. On January 21st, 2025, the dishwasher had to be serviced again because it would not fill with water and the arms would not spin. The fix for this is over half of what it would cost to purchase a new dishwasher.This is inexcusable for a high-end and expensive dishwasher, and I expect a replacement dishwasher or a reimbursement of all expenses related to the current dishwasher. The inconvenience of being without a dishwasher for weeks and months is absolutely unacceptable. You say you stand behind your products, but a dishwasher should last more than two years. The dishwasher was purchased in April of 2023. It has not even been two years.

    Hello Im reaching out about my whirlpool dishwasher I purchased in 2017. On 1/26/25 the dishwasher flooded my kitchen and living room as the below pictures will ******* leaked from the bottom with water spilling out. The door broke on me as well. This was well taken care of I always take care of my items. This shouldnt have happened. Its also out of warranty which I understand. My kitchen and floor are going to be about $18,000 to fix Im not happy. Ive also looked into contacting a lawyer about possible failure or recall I didnt know ******** desired outcome is whirlpool offer to pay for a new dishwasher of the same or close to the same brand. Im not asking for a 2025 smart dishwasher I just want something similar.

    To protect our consumers against the possibility of a defect in materials and/or workmanship at the time of manufacture, we provide a warranty with our products that states that we will repair or replace any part that proves to be defective within a specified period of time. The terms of this warranty are clearly stated in the Use and Care Guide for each appliance. It has been our experience that manufacturing defects will usually appear and be reported well within warranty, at which time repairs are made at no cost to our customers.

    Given the nature of the repairs done, and current repair in progress, we have agreed to replace his washer under his warranty. Mr. Bauchens has my contact info should he require any assistance.
