These ladies seem amazing at first! Kind of remind me of a “car salesman” now looking back! I wanted something besides Botox and they talked me into fillers in my temple and my eye troughs. I ended up looking like SpongeBob SquarePants! Still had the under eye Wrinkles and cross feet. My temples were protruding and so painful because they put way too much in and possibly put in the wrong area! Then I had small round puffy areas in my cheekbones, which made me appear to look like I had bags under my eyes, but further down into my cheekbones and just look disfigured. They somehow missed my eye troughs and put the filler into my cheekbone and one spot and made it look like Puss pockets. They will not admit to any wrongdoing. With the owner, she agreed to dissolve the temple filler for $250. Of course found someplace else and they helped me and felt so bad about what they did that charge me a quarter of that and I had to go in three times and get three different treatments done and pay out of my pocket. I’ve also heard other people getting Botox and filler done and their faces were lopsided which can happen but had to pay to get it fixed! What they are doing is not OK! I Sent lots of communication and before and after pictures and asked them to have it at least, at a minimal a learning lesson to them, but unfortunately, they are too arrogant to do so so I am putting a warning out there to try to help others from walking around, looking disfigured and wasting their money! There are other great places in the Big Rapids and Newaygo area that can do everything they can, but at a professional level all the way around, not just appearance and how they talk to their clients!
