I ordered two months of product 19 August 2024. I paid for and received the products.I was then billed $299 again on 22 October 2024. I did not place an additional order. I have not received anything from the company. I emailed the company on 24 October 2024 asking that my money be refunded. I received no reply. I emailed again on 30 Oct 2024 asking for a refund and confirmation. I have again received no reply. The order number I have been provided through email when I was billed is Order #******. I called the company twice at ************** and no live person was available either time. I have left a message for a refund and response and have not received either. My first vitamin B12 injection was great. I had it at the location on Telegraph Rd. My next vitamin B12 injection was scheduled for 12-9-2023 & I presented for the appointment. I scheduled it at the *************** location for the second injection. It was the same provider who gave me each injection. The problem is that on my 2nd visit, the provider did not give me a vitamin B12 injections. I don't know what he gave me. Vitamin B12 makes your urine output a dark yellow, and you feel the results very quickly. My urine output was very pale. Even when I take a multivitamin, it affects the color of the urine. The injection also stung a bit, felt different, much different from the first injection. Therefore I believe the second injection was NOT vitamin B12 at all! I purchased a package of injections through the company's offer on Groupon. I think they were not happy about the deal the offered and therefore gave me something like a saline, or other substance, injection on 12-9-2023. I am worried now that the syringe could have been used on another person prior to me. I am horrified by that most of all. I cannot return to this clinic because of concerns now about honesty, transparency, hygiene, and proper injection and vitamin administration overall. I request a full refund to my Groupon purchase, which has now been redeemed, meaning that Vitastir has received those funds. I request this refund therefore directly from Vitastir.Business response

Below is in response to your accusations to BBB Website and also in reference to your Review Left on ******* You will be contacted by our attorney in reference to your claims/accusations:
A little bit about us, we are a physician owned group, we have 5 locations in ********. We specialize in Vitamin Injections and IV Therapy and have been in business for 12 years now. The package of 6 B12 Groupons you purchased are made available as a promotion for new patients to take advantage off. On the date of service which was on 12/10/23 you came in with no appointment but our staff member was able to accommodate you between patients. You were given a B12 injection by our staff member who is a licensed Paramedic for the past 8 years in ******** and also a firefighter for the ************************. We have fully reviewed your visit and spoken in length to our team member. Your claim you were not given B12 injection based on urine output being pale is not justified. Intramuscular injections bypass the oral route and are administered in either the Deltoid or the Glute Muscle. Furthermore you stated the injection had a sting, which is normal for an injection to have a little sting.
Your claim that the injection was used on another person is absolutely false! I am not understanding on what grounds you are making such a claim. We have been in business for ***************************************************************************** nurses. We contacted you on 12-11-23 and the number provided ************* and left a Voicemail, but we did not receive a response back.
You also left a negative review with the same false claims on our ****** reviews at the bloomfield location which is why you were contacted.

On the date that I made the complaint, I went to the *************** location. That is the location I had a problem with. My third visit to a Vitastir location was back at the **************** location on Telegraph Rd. I am guessing there is no record of my visit there? That was my second visit to any Vitastir clinic - the visit to the *************** location. That is also the location where my photo was taken - the *************** location.Customer response

I wrote my opinion based on my experiences at your clinics. I asked you for a refund via BBB, but then I saw that you are not even BBB accredited. You have the facts mixed up as well. My complaint is on the *************** location near 12 Mile and Orchard Lake.

It was the same provider who gave me each injection. The problem is that on my 2nd visit, I am not sure that the provider gave me a vitamin B12 injection. The second shot really had no effect whatsoever that I could detect in any way, but the first B 12 injection had very good effects. The first syringe came in plastic packaging that the employee peeled apart in front of me to access the syringe. The 2nd syringe was just being carried in the employee's hand, not in a packaging, and not capped. I had a 3rd B 12 injection at the **************** location. The company didn't like my original review & threatened that their attorney would contact me. So I have abbreviated this review. I have requested a small refund from the company for some shots not yet administered, but they did not reply to that request. I had purchased a Groupon package for six (6) B12 injections.Business response

Hello!
With our Vitamin B12 Injections we use the Methylcycobalim which is a more potent form of B12 and does not require the body to donate a methyl donor and is readly available. Normally with the first B12 injection you will feel it more in particular if your levels are on the lower side. With vitamin Injections and IV Therapy the bioavailability is 95+ Percent as opposed to orally is around 20% bioavailability. Having said that it is nothing out of ordinary to feel the first injection more.
So in your initial BBB complaint you stated that the injection did not come in its packaging, i see that you are stating in this review that it was not even capped and that our staff member was walking around with an uncapped needle. Is this what you are stating?
In your original review you stated that you were not given B12 based on the color of your urine Output. Furthermore you also stated that the syringe was used on another patient. These are unfounded allegations and is the reason why we threatened with legal action.
Your Package of 6 B12 injections were purchased from groupon which is a third party and funds are collected by them. Also 3 out of 6 injections have been used in your package.
1. Where was the request for a refund send to? Would you provide evidence in your response?
2. We contacted you in December 2023 and left 2 voicemails with no response?

I am a relative of a mentally ill young adult. She is a dependent because of her mental status. She is diagnosed with Bipolar2 and schizoid affect.She went through this website and purchased advertised weight loss products. I see that the website states that they will have a physician interview her first to determine whether she is eligible for the product. She used money that she did not have( going into debt) and apparently was approved by this doctor to receive the product. No medical history was required and she did not need to show any medical records. The product caused her to have a full-blown manic episode which resulted in hospitalization for several weeks. It was only after she was hospitalized that we discovered the product in her room.I have tried to reach the company numerous times. They do not answer the phone at any time. There is no way to contact them at any of their offices. It is always the same voice message- that they are busy and the mailbox is full. I looked on online reviews of this company and see that others have the same experience. We filed a dispute at her bank. The dispute came bank in the companys favor as they said that they legitimately sold her the product and they accept no returns nor refunds. We have re-submitted the dispute. This company does not seem to have legitimate business practices. There is also no way to get in touch with them. They do not respond to phone calls nor emails. Also, the person in question who bought the product cannot be held to a contract as she is not of sound mind to enter into one. If the doctor had known her medical history she should not have been sold this product which harmed her.******* paid $2188. For the product. We would like a refund for this amount.Initial Complaint

I purchased product online from this company. On their website it advertised overnight shipping after not hearing from them for a few days, no confirmation email or any sort of contact I looked up reviews from them and found a lot of bad stuff so understandably I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. I have asked this 3 times and they refused. First they just wrote back a condescending email, the second time they tried to charge me a $99 cancellation fee and after the third time they have decided to just process my order and completely ignore my request to cancel. The product cost me $749! I dont need it any more as when I first cancelled I ordered from a different company! I also question the authenticity of the product as so many reviews state the product is faulty so I cant use it anyway!! I will only accept a full refundInitial Complaint

I ordered an on line prescription for 1 ml Semaglutide injections. A one month supply 1 injection per week .25ml I only received two weeks worth and was charged for a full month of product $649.00. I have tried to request the remaining product and they are refusing to work with me on this adjustment. I realize it might of been an honest mistake but now I have to buy product from another pharmacy who will not send me a half months supply. **************** won't talk to you just email and can't get anyone on the phone with me to discuss. I felt I had not other resource that to try with the BBB and let others know of this practice. The fact that they won't speak with me about this makes it suspect that this is a common practice for them.
