IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! My *********** hired All Time Home Improvement in 2020 to put a new roof on our ******************* & replace our leaky balcony floor/den ceiling....when they originally came out to do the job, the roof for the garage was fine, but the job they did on our balcony floor/den roof is horrible! Told them Day 1 back in JUNE OF 2020 we were unhappy with it! AND ITS BEEN OVER 2YEARS NOW AND WE STILL CAN'T GET THEM OUT TO COME OUT & FIX WHAT THEY DID!! Balcony floor is still leaking & causing more water damage to the support beams of ******* ceiling, WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS ROOM IN OUR HOME FOR OVER 2 YEARS BECAUSE THEY WON'T COME OUT TO FIX THE ISSUE! Their ************************** service is a JOKE!! After 2 YEARS of attempting to get someone to rectify this issue I'm STILL hearing "I got someone coming out next week" or "I'll have someone out to fix it by the end of the week" - and that day NEVER comes! They string you along until you give up, that's the game they play! BUT FOR PEOPLE LIKE MY ************ WHO WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY & EXPECT PEOPLE TO HONOR THEY'RE CONTRACTS BY DOING A DECENT JOB- THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
