    - October 2024: Began weight loss program with Ivim. - Month 1: Coming from a different provider, I started with Ivim with a higher dosage; -Month 2: continued with Ivim at 100 units of .5 mg.- Month 3: - Received a reduced dose of 10 units of .5 mg. - Contacted Ivim immediately for clarification.- Week 3 of Month 3: - Realized I didn't have enough fluid for my scheduled dose. - Emailed them 5 days later regarding this issue.- Response Issues: - Persistent inquiries received slow responses. - After over 2 weeks, they requested a photo of the empty vial. - Disposed of the vial, leading them to claim I was outside their window for reporting.- Current Status: - Off treatment for 4 weeks. - Missed doses: - 12/13 (12 units short), - 12/20, - 12/27, - 1/3. - Billed on 12/20, but still haven't received treatment two weeks later.- Billing Concerns: - Charged for each month despite not receiving treatment. - Noted double charges for subscription: - 10/21 - 11/18.- Refund Notice: - Received an email for a refund of the charge on 12/23 with no explanation. - Unclear if my subscription has been canceled.- Ongoing Issues: - Awaiting a response on the double charge. - Frustrated with the lack of communication. - Feel neglected and offended; deserve clarity and answers, not vague refund notices. -Overpaying a different provider to continue my treatment and not miss any more doses

    IVIM healthcare is prescribing *********** to my daughter *** ****** . It was shipped and accidentally frozen, poor labeling she contacted **** they told her to discard. She paid $1500 and nothing was offered to help her. I contacted the pharmacy Hallandale and spoke with a pharmacist named ****** and he said the medication was totally stable and that she could use it as long as she has been refrigerating. I contacted IVIm and told them that they advised her wrong and charged her another $1500. Something seems wrong. They now say they will refund the second charge and cancel the order. An RN told her to discard. Is this about money? Or safety. **** should have advised her according to compounding pharmacy recommendations or offered to help her navigate. Not just told her throw out and pay another $1500.

    Paid for a service that per their care team I am not able to take advantage of. They stated they will not refund my money however they told me I cannot take this medicine since I am pregnant.

    The first transaction was August 26 l,2023 Ivim supplements was supposed to provide consultation and pre authorization for weight loss medication. After charging me $74.99 they proceeded to try and obtain pre authorization from my health insurance after a few weeks they informed me that claim was denied but I could pay them a higher price out of pocket. I turned the offer down and requested that my membership be canceled. They have proceeded to charge my credit card again this month. I have not received any service and they continue to charge my credit card. I am requesting a full refund as I feel this company and other companies like this are taking advantage of consumers who really want to lose weight and feel better about themselves.
