    This company has called our residence 25 times in one day and this is happening on a daily basis. They have been asked to take us off their call list and they refuse. We are an AFC home and do not want the soliciting phone calls. We are ready to file harassment charges

    My name is ***************** and I am the Executive Vice President here at Sizeland Medicare Strategies. First off, I want to apologize for the annoyance these calls have been to you, however, I can assure you it was not our company. Our previous name up until August of 2022 was Senior Benefits Group. We were forced to rebrand due to many call centers spamming people and claiming to be us. We do not outsource to any call centers as all of our agents work in house calling only people who have requested our help. If you continue to receive these calls, I would highly recommend reporting them as we are sick of these calls as well.

    I have ask these people to take me off there list and dont call again but I get 1 to 3 calls a day and I am not interested in what they are trying to sell me.

    We do not cold call any of our clients. We also do not call any warm leads more than 1 time per day. The problem we are seeing is that because our name, "Senior Benefits Group" is so generic, that if any of these words is brought ** in the conversation, these clients who are getting bombarded with phone calls are assuming it is us. I can assure you that we are only calling clients requesting our help, and as soon as someone asks to be take off our list, they are immediately.

    it is funny that they said now they would take me off there list now

    but for the last 30 to 60 days they would not and it was a cold call I never and for any info from them.
