    I last received a service back in June, 2024. The chiropractor at that time informed me that he would be moving to ********** and the location would be closing by the end of June. I was also informed that I was going to receive a refund for the services I paid beforehand and wasnt going to receive. In ******* Dr. ****** called my phone number stating the practice was going to reopen and to consider starting services again. She stated that they would offer me a complimentary adjustment to see how I felt with the new provider, Dr. ***** and that if I still wanted a refund she would process it. After I received the adjustment I still wanted to go ahead with the refund process. I called Dr. ****** several times and she did not answer nor did she return my voicemails. I emailed Dr. **** and he said there was going to be a meeting with Dr. ****** and they would get back to me. Two weeks went by and didnt hear back. I called their phone number and even went in person and all Im told is that theyre processing my refund. I emailed them and called about two weeks ago and still havent heard anything. At this point, I just need someone to step in and help me. Im unsure of how much the refund is because they havent even told me that. I paid in advance for my treatment using a loan from Care Credit that Im still paying for.
