    My daughter bought a car at the dealership and in which they gave her several free oil change services, when she took the car for service the car was in good condition with not one light on prior to entering that building for an oil change service and when they delivered the car back to her, it had more than the engine check light on, the car was not drive able unless warmed up prior to driving it. the supervisor ignored her calls for days in a row until she had to go up there herself to figure out why and what happened to the car while it was under their care! The solution for the moment was to give her a loaner car while they looked into it 2weeks later passed until my daughter once again had call to find out about her car, finally he answers and says that it had several problems which they had no idea why all of a sudden the car was acting up and it was simply a coincidence that the car lights turned on after their services, so basically they told her that they couldnt do anything about it and that it would cost $1200 to fix it. Once again the car HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL PRIOR TO ENTERING FOR AN OIL CHANGE SERVICE and now shes expected to pay over 1000 dollars for issues that coincidentally happened after an oil change service there I am furious that they would allow anything like this to happen and simply wash their hands because they were dealing with A FEMALE. For obvious reasons we took the car elsewhere for a second opinion and sure enough the car had been riding with 5 pistons!! Instead of 6! Now how does that happen??? The Toyota dealer told her it was several issues but never mentioned that she was driving with one missing piston! Now, several days later more than $1200 in repairs and they get to get away with it. Not held accountable for what happened under their roof! I share this terrible experience with you so that you take precautions and NOT go to this dealership, they take advantage of people and so absolutely nothing to help!

    I want to do this review about the Toyota Canton service, it turns out that my daughter bought a car at the dealer and in which they gave her several free oil change services, well, it turns out that she went to that service with the car in good condition, it turns out that when they were delivered to her they came with several lights like engine checking and others. She returned it to the supervisor and weeks later he said that it had several problems and that the car even ran, with 5 pistons and the repairs were more than $ 1300 incredibly, I share this terrible experience with you so that you take precautions and go to this place that of course I do not recommend.

    I met the criteria for 60 months at 6.49 apr. Which they showed on my quote. Ultimately they screwed me over and made it into ***** apr for 72 months. There's no reason for a business to rip off it's customers. If they want return customers that's not the way to do it!

    I visited Victory Toyota to purchase a 2023 Prius. I was excited by the vehicle and left a $1000 deposit so that I could reserve it and take it for a test drive. Buyer beware: They are charging something called a "Market Adjustment" fee to the tune of $5000. This is a fancy way to describe price gouging. The salesman was very pushy and rude. He also kept ** waiting multiple times throughout the visit. I opted not to purchase the car. Furthermore, it has taken me at least a week to get a refund for my deposit. (At the time of writing this review, the salesman has still not processed my refund.) I will never support this business again.

    To Whom it may concern,

    I write in response to the complaint by *****************************. We at Victory Automotive Group and Victory Toyota of Canton, are sorry that **************** did not want to push thru with his original deal of 4/10/2023 when he left his deposit. After reviewing ******************' claim I do not see any evidence of wrongdoing. The vehicle of interest was a new redesigned 2023 Prius that is incredibly in short supply, with very high demand. As a result, we charge a Market Adjustment to the **** in which we completely disclosed on 4/10/2023 when he chose to put in his order. We called him to offer him an alike vehicle that became available sooner than expected because of a customer backing out. While we disagree with ******************' allegation of any wrongdoing, we express sincere regret that our relationship with him has not resolved in an amicable fashion. Please let me know should you have any further questions.

    I purchased a 2017 ****************** on 3-28-2023. I didn't want ELO-GPS or Car Doc. It was verbally stated in the finance office that the charges for ELO-GPS would be removed and they tried hiding the fact that I was still going to be paying for Car Doc. An extra $5995 of charges I didn't want. I was tired, had a long day at work and just wanted to get home and see my wife so at that point I didn't want to argue about it. The sales representatives are great. The finance department is shady. I feel bad for people who don't really understand the documents put in front of them at this dealership. I was willing to take the loss but what if a family purchased this vehicle and couldn't afford the extra services?
