    Bought an ATV from Mangrove Motorsports on September 20, 2024. Was told the title will be in the mail. When I arrived home the lights would not work the speedometer wouldn't work and it was leaking oil. Called them right away and they said they would send someone up to fix it on Tuesday. Nobody ever showed up and I called them on Thursday and got the run around. 2 months later still no title. I call them last week and he said he would look into it. He called me today and says after going through the paperwork it will just be a bill of sale. This is fraud and these people are scammers ******* ******.

    We have been in contact with **** regarding his Polaris Purchase. We strive to sell quality Equipment at Mangrove motorsports. With that being said, all units go through a service inspection before sale. When dealing with used inventory we make no guarantee to the customer. On the receipt it shows as is near the bottom by the amount Due. These sales are "as is". The customers do have a choice of purchasing warranty, **** did not purchase. The circumstances are unfortunate, but there is nothing more that we can do.

    They sold us a ranger and we only got about 4 miles from the place and the gear box went out. When we called them before they closed, the person said um I'll have to call you back. After waiting about 15 mins we called them and no answer. Then someone called us back saying no one is at the shop. The next day we tried to call them and the person said umm your breaking up. So we drove to the place and I guess they knew we were coming and they were closed. So we called and someone by the name of *** answered and said we were stuck with the problem and they gave everyone the day off! So they actually screwed us over!!

    On February 17th I purchased an enclosed trailer from them with plate, registration and tax included. To this day have not received the plate!!! Tried to contact owner ********* and he kept saying it was in the mail. Now has all calls blocked and text from me. So I had a police officer run the *** for me and it was last registered in 2002 in *********, **. Apparently he is title jumping and now I have a trailer that can not be plated!!!!!! Now what?

    I purchased this four ******* and never received a title. Was told it would be mailed. Never received it. Had another bike shop look it over and they said the vehicle has been tampered with. The 4 wheel drive was tampered with to look like it was working and it did not. So dealer will not refund the purchase knowing it has been tampered with and there is no title. Also when I purchased it they called me on the way home saying they gave me the paperwork for the wrong vehicle and I owed $200 more on the vehicle I already had possession of. I did the right thing and paid the difference. They said paperwork was on the way and emailed to me. I also did not sign for the new paperwork my signature was forged. I did not sign the new bill of sale. The salesman told me he would take care of the paperwork. I did not know he met forging my signature. After months and continuous calls they finally admitted tonme there is no title for the vehicle. Need help please. Thanks!

    So I purchased a used side by side from Mangrove Motorsports in ***********, 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I got it home and felt something didn't seem right so I took to my mechanic. As he dug into it it's got alot of issues starting with new transmission, clutch and part of the frame has been welded on because it was beat up. Come to find out they painted the rims and bottom of the frame and new tires to make it look better. The first thing he did was check the radiator fluid because it was over heating and there was only 2 inches of fluid. Talked to the owner today I told him I wanted a refund and he told me there was nothing he would do because it was sold as is. Owners name is ***************************.

    My wife and I purchased a Polaris *** from Mangrove Motorsports in August of 2023. When we left the store to drive it home, I made it roughly a mile down the road before the motor blew. They proceeded to blame me for the way I was driving, but I honestly can't see how I could have ruined the motor. They agreed to fix the motor for the price of parts. A month later we picked up the *** with the rebuilt motor and trailered it home. I drove it around the yard a couple of times, .2 miles down the road and then turned it off to grab our chicken eggs. When I jumped back into it, minutes later, it wouldn't start and said it was overheating. The *** was pushed into the barn and has not moved since even after many attempts to jumpstart it. We called Mangrove Motorsports and they said they would either fix the motor, or refund the $1,200. Since, we have made repeated attempts to talk with anyone at Mangrove Motorsports and we are ignored or sent to voicemail every time.
