Melvin **** Roofing was to put a tarp on 332 Brookgate Ct , and their crew recklessly put the tarp on ******************* WRONG HOUSE!! Putting MANY nails in ****************** has been negligent in rectifying the situation.

We are sorry that this happened. Our salesperson inadvertently put down the wrong address on the work order. Our crew did tarp the wrong roof, however there was damage to the area we tarped. When we discovered this happened, we immediately offered to fix the nail holes that were caused by us tarping the roof. We also agreed to fix the tree damage that was caused prior to us tarping the roof at no cost. We spoke with you, and you seemed pleased with the repairs that we made, including the nail holes we repaired and the pre-existing damage. We do well over ***** repairs and installations per year. Once again we are sorry, accidents do happen, but we will always do what is right and rectify any problems that we may have inadvertently caused. We have also taken steps to ensure that this will not happen again in the future.
