  On Tuesday January 31st I bought my car in to get spark plugs and boots on, they called me the morning on February 1st and informed me they put a coil on without my authorization, which is illegal. They also were smoking Marijuana while working on my car, as I walked back to look at what they were doing they had a joint out and they were smoking, resulting on the interior of my car smelling of pot when I picked it up the morning of February 1st, very unprofessional, also price gouging the part although they got it for cheaper the one they put on without my authorization, they called after the part was already on even though I didn't authorize it.

  On Aug 19 2022 I had 2 struts changed a tire rod as well as 2 front tires and an alligment. ***** Nelson wasn't there the day I picked up and dropped off my car. He had another mechanic there as well as a teenager. The teenager was the one working on my car(I wasn't told an unlicensed person would be working on my vehicle. I noticed the other day my front tires looked to be wearing. I went into Nelson's auto clinic and talked with the owner who had zero reasoning for my tires wearing so badly to the point of being ball. I asked if there could be a bad part he said No. I asked if he was going to warranty the tires like he had told me the day that he sold them to me he flat out said no said that I would have to contact the company he brought the tires from and he had contacted them while I was there and he claimed they refused to warranty them. I left his shop and called this company personally they said they would absolutely warranty the tires that they were only 2 months old but that I couldn't put in the claim because they didn't sell the tires to me that they sold them to Nelson's Auto Clinic and then he sold them to me so he would have to make the claim. I called back up to Nelson's Auto Clinic explain to ***** that I had just talked to that company and told them what he needed to do. I never received a call back from him on Friday October 21st today Monday October 24th I tried calling Nelson's Auto Clinic one time in the morning with no answer & then in the afternoon at 1:00 at that point I chose to leave him a message on his answering machine and now his shop is closed it's 5:26 p.m. and he still has yet to return my phone call. I brought up to him about this young kid working on my car could he have messed up or not done the front end alignment correctly his response was that kid no longer works here. The alligment was done incorrectly which caused the tires to wear to ball. At this point he won't respond. I would like the $386.00 back for the tires &alligment
