            On 12/6/21 I financed a 2015 Kia ******* from Clare Auto Sales i paid ********* with a ***** down payment so all together i will be paying ********* On February 3rd i had my first incident with my heat going in and out, I took it to Clare Auto Shop the owner of Clare Auto Sales also owns Clare auto Shop they had my car Feb 3rd through March 25th (52 days) March 25th was a Friday so the shop was closed the weekend the following Monday March 28th it had to go back in for the exact same problems it was not fixed correctly the first time they also put in a new radiator. I got it back on April 19th ( 23 days)On May 16th the car left me stranded on the side of the road due to the hose radiator popping off they had my car from May 16th-May 24th (9 days) On May 25th the heat was going in and out with the check engine light on and then thats when they told me my engine was blown because I didn't turn off the car quick enough and the engine had gotten to hot. I told ***** ( the owner of Clare auto sales and Clare auto shop) that i wanted something in the same value or he needed to put in a new engine with no cost to me he refused to give me something in the same value or fix my engine my vehicle has been with a blown engine since May 25th at Clare auto shop. I also had a 6 month warranty. I went to attorney ************************* and had a letter written to them and he refused not to do anything still. I started working with an agent from the department of state, Agent ****** he was still refusing and at one point had a petition to tow my car for abandonment. Working with Agent ******, I found out ***** didn't even have certified mechanics working on my vehicle in the first place. I have been without a vehicle for 8 months while I'm still making every car payment. 12/6/21 - 2/3/22 60 days out of 8 months i have had this vehicle. My balance now is ********* the out come I want is to have ***** buy back this vehicle for ********* what I owe to the bank.
