            I was pay $24.99 for unlimited monthly auto washes. I sent *** Auto Wash an email on Jan. 2 asking that they discontinue my monthly plan before Jan. 9, when my credit card would be charged for the next month of unlimited washes. On approximately Jan.6, *** management apologized for not getting back, stating that they were new owners, and would I please send them the number of a sticker from Zax that was affixed to my windshield, letting Zax attendants know I had a monthly plan. They would then process the cancelation. I sent them the number by return email, and asked again that they cancel my plan before they charged me for another month. They never canceled my plan, and went ahead and charged me another $24.99. I have since asked them to remove the charge from my credit card via email a couple more times. It has been 11 days since they charged me, and I have heard nothing back from Zax Auto Wash, and 17 days since I asked that they cancel my plan.

            My complaint ID# ******** with Zax Car Wash in Clarkston has been satisfactorily resolved with the car wash owner. Zax Car wash contacted me and agreed to refund the charges, and generously gave me a gift car with 10 free washes as well for my aggravation. The owner explained that they had recently purchased the car wash, and had some glitches that they had to work out. Thanks for your help in this matter.
