    I will start with the biggest problem first. Booked this hotel soley for the pool so my kids could swim before they went home and back to school. Had several adults playing rough in the pool and throwing a ball. They hit my kids several times. I complained to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. Then received a phone call from them saying they are going to let the people continue until 7 and we could swim after that. Even after 7 the people continued. Management did nothing for anyones safty that was trying to swim. We also did not receive the bed size we reserved. I reserved 2 queens and got 2 doubles requiring on of my kids to sleep on the floor.

    I was there due power outage the first night we stay I checked our bed nothing. Every was good except there was no hot water when showering. The second night we were moved to first floor where the shower was used by another guest he didn't offer to clean it. So I did I bought scrubbing bubble bathroom cleaner and cleaned it. I had to go ask for clean towels. I check the bed my child was going to sleep in and saw nothing we went swimming there was strong odor of chlorine. So I shower right after getting again it was a cold shower, then as I got ready for bed the brown spot was under the blankets on the sheet. I immediately googled reviews and found 3mths prior this hotel had bed bugs. So by this point it was 7pm. I wasn't staying there and I load my son and our stuff up and drove around turned in the room keys and to the person I wasn't staying in a bed bug hotel room. And left the next day when I could find my top denture I call to ask if they could check the room and I was told they couldn't cause another guest was placed in the room right after I left. I also ask if he could check the parking lot and he said no he just worked an 11hr shift. I called later and talked to the manager after I saw they were still charging me for a room I didn't even stay the night in because of the brown specs on the bed. She became rude and said they room was check and nothing was found. Well how was the room checked if they immediately changed the beds and clean if it was filled they lost no money that night in fact they made double the money on the room. I didn't stay I left due to health concern the next morning I woke up with the corner of my left I lid irritated I got a chemical burn from the chlorine in the pool which means the levels were to high. They was also a brown ring around the pool edge. This place needs to be shut down it isn't the first time they have rip a person off. I have filed a dispute with my bank and waiting to here back. I believe I shouldn't have been charg

    Stayed in this hotel for a school event on 11/10/2022 for one night. On arrival to the room, blood was noted on the bedding. I immediately called the front desk, no room transfer offered. The other bed had no blood visible. Then my son sat on the bed early the next morning and a bed bug was on the bed. The room and another room friends were in both had bugs found. Hotel did not offer a solution or refund. There is fluids on lamps and walls. It is beyond unsanitary. It is unsafe.
