    This job on November 1, 2022 Heaven Scent never completed the job so Im not sure why Im being charged for this service. The job had just started when Heaven Scent employees caused the breaker to go out. Which then lead to no power, which caused no refrigeration (food to spoil), no hot water when I have 4 young children. Then, your employees left our home without power being restored for the next 24 hours. We were then responsible for fixing the breaker, in which we were responsible to pay. On top of all that Ive now had to contact a lawyer, the Better Business Bureau and respond to this invoice to a job not done. We are considering this invoice paid due the the prior issues caused by Heaven Scent.

    We went to clean the Ducts at the Rental home of **************

    The Duct cleaning was almost complete, when the rental unit breaker tripped. our vacuum lost power. we shared with ***** that he needs to call his land lord or something. We can finish when he gets his power looked at. Obviously, we were expecting to go finish upon hearing from *****. He was praising us and so appreciative of all our workers and the work performed. He admitted that it was a rental and he knew it was NOT our fault. He was on phone with me, super nice about everything. He said he under stood that it wasn't our fault. He was to call us when repaired.  Weather we do the little bit we have left, or he doesn't call us back, he understood he was liable for our bill, he promised no worries, no worries he wouldn't s**** us.

    When we sent the letter once again explaining, we would be taking him to court, everyone has to pay for services. We will continue thru the courts to collect.

    I am rejecting this response because this project was never completed. Heaven Scent employees came on the day we arranged for services. The day they were here doing work, while they cleaning the air ducts for a short amount of time, the electric breaker broke. They told us sorry, you're responsible for this breaker, even though, it broke while they were providing air duct cleaning services, and then left shortly after the issue. While they offered to come back after we fixed our electric breaker that broke while they were performing services, we were very uncomfortable with them coming back to provide the rest of the service because we didn't want to risk anything else being broken with us having to "figure it out." We also were stunned that the owner didn't offer to do any of the following after the incident: give a discount for the services, pay for the electrical work that had to be done, and/or recoup costs to food loss after not having power for 24 hours. Instead we got harassing texts telling us we are fully responsible for the job that was never completed. I'm not quite sure what the status of ownership of the property has anything to do with this.
