I paid $1,850.00 for transmission work done on my 2011, Impala. I dropped the car off on 5/16/2024 and to my surprise the car was ready 5/20/2024 but I didn't pick it up until 5/29/2024. The car was driven home by one of the employees and sat in my driveway until I got tags for my vehicle on 6/1/2024. After moving the car I noticed a big puddle of trans fluid in the driveway so I called and spoke with ***** the owner and took pictures of the area in which the car was parked showing him the leakage. Took it back and he kept it for three days and claimed the problem was fixed. The leakage was not fixed so I called him again and explained that the leakage was not fixed and the transmission is now hesitating when taking off. I took it back on 6/14/2024 left it for another 3 days picked up but had to pay an additional $100.00. The problem still exist and I refuse to pay this guy any more money for his error/any employee's error. This guy charged me 6O.00 for trans fluid which all leaked out. Ineed my car fixed right. Are these guys licensed to do business in the state of Mi.?
