My loan was transferred to them from Rocket Mortgage effective 02/01/2025 to Selene ******* LP. I have already experienced the worst customer service calls received from them. One person calls me and was very rude and them another person calls me at 8:35pm. Why would you call anyone this late to discuss anything without the customers okaying for you to call this late ESPECIALLY if you are a new company taking over. Please see below the same complaint as mine. I called today to speak with someone and there is no answer. I guess they are close on President day, This will be the first mortgage company i have ever known that is close on President day. I called Rocket Mortgage to complain and ask why are they sending their customer to someone that out of 140 rating reviews all are 1's. Rocket should also be investigated in to why they would send their customers to such a bad company, It says on my letter that i received from Rocket mortgage that during the 60 day period following the effective date of the transfer of my loan that payments will not be treated as late and a late fee will not be imposed on you. I confirmed this with a Rocket Mortgage customer service agent whose name was **** to make sure i was interpreting this correctly that no 30 day late payment would be reported to the credit bureaus during this transfer process because i have not had any 30 day lates reported and i do not want it to start. I am so afraid that ****** with their known background is going to do just the oposite of this. The reason being is because of the reviews noted and because it appears that the staff is untrained and uncaring to make sure this will not happened. I am literally afraid to make any payments with them but feel stuck to stay with them because of my good interest rate that i have and would loose it if i go to another lender.

Terrible company. As a customer you are nothing but a number. They escrowed all of my taxes and insurances into my monthly payment causing my payment to raise 800$/month. They refuse to take it off. I would normally pay roughly 2500 dollars per year for insurance and taxes and they are charging me 9600 per year. We've tried several times to ask them to stop. They refuse. Please don't do business with rocket mortgage. Take your mortgage local. I wish I would have. We are barely hanging on. I'm now working 3 jobs.

They run your credit like if they are a dealership I called to get information about their mortgage program and I got a very condescending person when I called and said well the person that was supposed to call me yesterday at 6:30 and I canceled an appointment for never called and then he was like well it's so and so and your credit score is five something and I was like my credit score is not 5 something and it was in supposed to be Rand anyway I don't even know if I want the loan with them I wanted more information about the entirety of the loan and then he's like well you can find it at so and so 80% with in ****** and you can look for that information for our credit needs to be 680 he didn't even guide me to where it said this on their web page I had to ask them I was like can you give me an explanation on where I can find this on your on your web and he's like yeah it's there and I had to ask the question again in order for him to tell me exactly where I could find this information
