            I had a life changing event, I loss my Mother and I decided to utilize The RJS Line for the obituaries, my niece actually chose a different company, however since I made a verbal commitment with ****** I decided to keep my promise. The first time I viewed the draft I informed him there were duplicate photos and I was advised to send an email with the number as well as the number of the photos which I did, again he sent it back however I was dealing with so much at the time and some how there were photos missing and more duplicates. Also we had a verbal conversation and he promised to give me a few color obituaries and that did not happen. I have reached out multiple times and the first few times he agreed that he will make the corrections. On my last communication he pretty much said he will not and he do not recall the prior conversations. The part that really offended me was stating thats why I sent for you to proof/view and I advised him that I was under a lot of stress and he advised me so was he because he do this daily. This was his choice to make obituaries and definitely not my choice to lose my Mom. I feel totally disrespected by that comment and just want what I was promised. I am not asking for him to replace all 250 obituaries, however I expect him to keep his word as I did and choosing his company that was higher than the other company.
