    ************************** is supposed to receive a percentage of sales from the swag shop. Over $1000 in items have been purchased and no one from the company will return calls or respond to emails about how to get the incentive or if the store is even still active.

    I have received two (2) $30.00 charges on my Shopify Payments card for purchases I DID NOT MAKE. Here is the description: 7/18/24: ***************************** (0754) | Purchase | MYLOCKER.COM LLC | Miscellaneous Apparel and Accessory Shops 8/18/24: ***************************** (0754) | Purchase | MYLOCKER.COM LLC | Miscellaneous Apparel and Accessory Shops I have not ordered anything from this website and think they are pretty shady. They don't give you a receipt for the actual item or whatever that you supposedly purchased. It just shows up as a recurring charge. I would like a refund and for someone to look further into this company's shady practices.

    Good afternoon,

     

    I would like to withdraw my complaint against MyLocker.com (#********).  I just found out that the $30.00 recurring charges was for a Custom Cat Pro subscription.  I didn't realize they were affiliated.  

     

    That being said, I see other complaints against the company for the same $30.00 charge and MyLocker.com would do well to provide a receipt telling people why they are charging their accounts.  I had no idea who they were or why they were charging my account. 

     

    Before contacting you, I sent MyLocker.com an email asking why they were charging me and didn't get a response.  I didn't know how they got my account number to charge it to either.

    I have send numerous emails and nothing but crickets by phone (which is not a live line!!!) since May 2023. I have requested May and June ****** refunds since cancelling in April but they have continued to charge my ****** account $30.00/month since May. Now I want July refunded too!!Thats $90.00 to refund.No response from emails to ********************************** or via their Online Contact Form. The Phone line is not in operation!!!I have asked repeatedly for refunds but not a single response.I have stated today that if I dont see the refund in my account with 24 hours I will contact my bank and report this as fraud.*********************** ***************** ************

    MyLocker is our retail website. Customer is using our ********** division for print-on-demand fulfillment for the following store:  www.etsy.com/shop/FunMugsTeesJewelry.

    If the customer has questions about ********** billing or wishes to cancel his subscription, he needs to email **********************************.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

    1. Why is Mylocker.net LLC listing as a .com no LLC in most places  and why do they not provide a receipt of payments made reflecting the actual services being provided and by whom viz-a-viz ********* monthly subscription?

    2. There are NO ********** products linked to the Etsy store shop they state. My store on Etsy is JewelyLoveInspired

    3. This company does not accurately represent their services they bill for nor respond to any form of communication sent to them over many months and despite the various forms if communications made?

    4. I have blocked these payments from my account.

    5. If they properly identify themselves as to the company services being rendered and billed for, this could have been completed 4 months ago.
