This "Company" has had my *** for going on 10 months now. I dropped it off march of 24 They have been unable to fix the issues with it so "Full Throttle" sourced it to a 3rd party. I received a call after asking for more money because they found more damage somehow. I paid them $1200. They dropped the ball. They called me in to talk to the **** and "do whatever it takes to make me happy." I showed up to be fed to two sales sharks wanting me to spend over $20k on new vehicles. I offered to buy two used vehicles or one new vehicle in my price range they offered me $8800 in trade in value and when I found something I wanted they said they were no longer interested. I havent heard from them in months. My vehicle is in worse condition then when I originally dropped it off, it has been sitting outside uncovered this whole time. I have been nothing but patient and understanding. I am feeling taken advantage of, and played like a fool. There needs to be awareness and accountability. I had a phone call with ***** ******* where he repeatedly said I was playing a victim and admitted lying to my face about coming in and meeting the *** I want this man held accountable for his terrible conduct and customer service.

I dropped my sons quad off that I had purchased from them about two months ago due to an issue with it starting. Ive had to call them numerous times to get a response. I told them the quad was only about $2,000 new so I wasnt looking to dump a bunch of money into it. Since then, Ive had to call multiple times to get updates with no consistent answer as to what was wrong. Finally I got a response that a piston collided with the timing chain causing a catastrophic event. Im not even sure how that would have happened and I am not fully convinced they didnt cause more damage during their review. Now every time I call they conveniently are on the other line and do not call back.
