            Sent my Striker 955 to this shop in April 2023. I called to verify that it was received and it was confirmed. I waited 3 months and called them again 4 or 5 times. I finally spoke with him and he said he would return it to me. I called when I never received my radio. No response.

            I was having an issue with my CB radio and I contacted Key CB Shop per the manual of my ************* as my radio was no longer under warranty. On Saturday June 8th, 2022 at 2:46 pm, I spoke with ***** and he gave me the address and instructions for mailing my radio in for repair. I was advised he was 2 weeks behind on work and would get to it within 2 weeks. I mailed the radio on 6/25/22, he received it 06/27/22. I never heard back from ***** and months went by, I made multiple phone calls to check the status of the repair and no one answered and I left voicemails. He never returned any of my phone calls. He did pick up the phone once when I called and advised he thought it was done and would get it to me. Months went by again since the day I spoke with him and I still have not received my CB radio. I mailed a certified letter on 04/08/23 requesting my CB radio be returned to me immediately but as of today 04/16/23 he has not signed for the letter. At this point I just want my property back.
