Ridiculous pricing. Drain cleaning isn't rocket science. With all of the options near ************ and *********, I recommend calling around.

I contacted this company because of a sewer main back-up. I called on a Saturday and did not get an immediate answer so I left a voicemail. The owner, ***********************, called me back a short time later. I explained my sewer problem to him and asked him to schedule me for service work on Monday, as I didn't want to pay the emergency hourly rate. He said he had a guy just finishing up with a job and he could take care my repair as well . He advised me his prices were no different on the weekends. A short time later two young men showed up. After running their snake through the basement clean-out, the cutter head got hung up in the pipe. After a few hours of trying to get it out, they informed me they would return the following morning and would have to dig up the back yard.Being a plumber myself (and trying to save some money), I began digging the back yard to expose the sewer line. A NEW technician from the company showed up a few hours later and did very little digging as he was content to watch me work. I ultimately removed the problem piping where the snake was hung up and then replaced the pipe and fittings that I supplied. Eventually the senior technician showed up and was able to remove the roots in my line that was further down stream.After the job was finally completed, I informed them I would fill the trench back in and clean their mess in the basement (again, trying to save a few bucks). I ultimately had to remove and discard all my basement steps carpet after they were done because it was ruined. THEN, the lead technician informed me the total for the job would be $3200.!! I nearly fell over, especially after I did a majority of the labor! I called *** (owner) to question the **** and told him I wanted a detailed receipt of their hours on job and work performed. He said he would try to get me one but DIDN'T KNOW how many hours they were on the job!! But $3200. just sounded like a good number?? I would stay clear of this guy,
