My sister had used them for other reasons. I lived on the other side of town where they reside and they came out to where I lived. I was impressed.. I met the owner and his worker named J. He is very polite conscious very knowledgeable cleaned up after himself and wasnt there the whole day as a predicted.. I would definitely give them a 10 star and recommend this company Basement Cracks Leaks, Metro.

Excellent company, and actually deserves 10 stars.Basement Cracks & Leaks Metro, Inc. (BC&LM} sets the standard for how all repair contractors should perform from the very first meeting until job completion.My crack estimator/repairman, ***, arrived on time (even though he had to travel a long distance to my house.) His presentation folder had all the paperwork I was going to request (i.e., copy of ******************** list of previous customer references with their names, street, and phone number, pictures of previous jobs, info on other services they offer with references, etc.) And, during his initial review of and explanation (presentation) about my problem and his repair approach, he actually answered all of the 14 written questions I had prepared prior to his arrival. I had requested estimates from three companies (including BC&LM), and sent the same pictures to each. BC&LM's price was a little higher, but I felt it was justified based on ***'s superior initial performance, and that BC&LM scheduled and completed my repair without even requesting a deposit.BC&LM is a top notch firm. In fact, when I told one of the other competing company's rep who I hired, he said "You're in good hands."

Basement Cracks & Leaks Metro, *** is an outstanding company. Their workmanship is excellent, they fully explain what needs to be done, and the show up for appointments on time. Their technician ***** is extremely knowledgeable and professional, He knows his business and gets the job done right and in a timely manner. Their follow up from initial contact to jobs end couldnt be better. If a 10 star rating were available they would receive it. Very, very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them. WOW!! If you're looking for quality, timely communication, expert knowledge, and honesty then look no further! The team ************ at Basement Cracks and Leaks know their craft and understand their customer's needs. You can trust this company 100% with your needs. On Sunday, we noticed a small leak coming from the bottom of our wall in the lower level. I called and left a message, and **** called first thing Monday morning. I explained our situation (with our home being for sale) and confirmed I needed a repair quickly without any compromise of quality. *** (25 years of service) was dispatched to our home the next day. He diagnosed the problem, and reassured us that it wasn't serious, but needed a professional repair. Instead of just repairing it quickly, *** confirmed that the area would need to be completely dry before applying any epoxy solution. Although I needed it done quickly, I completely understood and confirmed I would not jeopardize quality for the sake of speed. *** agreed and said he would never repair anything without it being 100% perfect and guaranteed for life. While waiting for the wall to dry, **** was checking in every day to see how we were doing while confirming that *** would be available ASAP once everything was dry. Once the wall was dry, *** showed up that day! *** had the repair done in a few hours and explained everything along the way. *** was also extremely neat and clean. *** even took the time afterwards to explain in detail how drainage works within a basement. We just couldn't be happier with Basement ************************************************ These guys should give lessons to other companies on ************************** Delivery. One of the best experiences we've ever had!

I couldnt thank the guys and ***** enough at Basement and Leaks Metro!! From the beginning of the job till the very end! They fixed block that was going to destroy my foundation of my home if not fixed. Everyone that did the work treated as if they were working on the own home! They all worked so hard and dont realize how much this meant to me and my family!! I would and will recommend going forward!! Thank you all!! I know it was not an easy job but now I feel safe knowing the hard work they all did saved my home!

The gentleman who came to do the estimate, and install to repair leaks, was patient and kind. It was much appreciated another company we had dealt with prior to Basement Cracks and Leaks. We were pleased with the work, and the explanations.

During a series of downpours over a period of 3 days we discovered a significant leak coming down a crack in our basement wall (full length). I gave Basement Cracks & Leaks Metro a call and immediately they answered the phone and I had an appointment. They came out to the house (on time), evaluated the leak and knew exactly how to FIX the problem. They gave me an estimate and they FIXED the problem for what they said it was going to cost. The best part is that the repair has a "Life of the structure guarantee" that is transferable! So when we move, we can change the warranty to the new owner then they will be protected! Most companies aren't that confident about their work. This company explained the entire process to me from start to finish. I knew exactly what to expect. Having someone you can trust means a lot.

It was the owner (not a salesman) who came to my home to give an estimate. I had water leaking into my basement. He knew immediately what my problem was. He told me I had water in my blocks and pointed out the peeling paint as evidence. He told me my drainage tile had failed and needed to be replaced. He was very efficient, friendly but business-like taking measurements and informing me an estimate would be sent to me via email. I liked that. It gave me time to read more reviews and get other estimates with no pressure to make a decision quickly.Basement *********************************************** was not the least expensive estimate which I got, and they were not the only business with good reviews. What I liked about them, besides the owner's efficiency and knowledge was the picture of their business with all the employees and company vehicles our front. It was good to know they have been in business for 30 years.I am a single woman who had to weigh every detail in order to hopefully make the right decision. My home is everything to me. This decision was not easy, but I decided on Basement ***********************************************.Four young men came to my home to do the job. They were excellent workers. The job involved ************** a 50 x 12-inch channel through my basement floor, laying new tile, then a layer of rocks, then more cement. These hard workers had to haul the old cement out, and bring buckets of rocks, and new cement in. It was labor intensive, yet they were able to finish the job by around 2:30pm. I asked them if they made a livable wage. They informed me they were paid very well. This was important to me. I wanted people working on my house who were experienced and solid satisfied employees.The job is done. My basement is dry again. The floor is very neatly finished, smooth, and level. I'd like to pat myself on the back for choosing Basement *********************************************** to fix my leaking basement, but the credit really belongs to those fine young men who did the job. I cant even say enough about this company & the hard working men that worked on this HUGE PROJECT getting my basement done. From the first phone call, to the owner coming here, to the workers showing up ON TIME EVERYDAY, to the completed project. OMG!! What a blessing choosing this company. They guarantee for ********** transferable if I ever sell my home. A company that stands behind their workmanship is the BEST company in my eyes! This company does just that. The workers were the most professional Ive ever seen in any project weve done in our home. No complaining, no yelling, just straight professionalism from the start. The owner made us feel that this project was easy-peasy and that alone said all I needed to hear. This was a HUGE project and it was finished in 3-days. I had many companies come here before I had this company come. Not ONE COMPANY made me feel that they were qualified for this job except this company. Im absolutely 110% satisfied with the choice of choosing this company to get my basement to a dry-working, beautiful basement.
