    In May 2024 I purchased a vehicle from Randy Wise, a 2023 Buick Encore GX. Less than a month from purchase the vehicle started to malfunction via the radio and apple play connections. Sent it service. Supposedly fixed, a week after picking it up from service, issues started and progressed to powering issues and a broken lift gate. Sent to service again only to have the same issues continue. Dealership agreed to place me in a different vehicle since this one appeared irreparable. Since then I have continued speaking to a general manager and sales person to no avail. Still have a car with issues, dealership has not made good on their word and have now stopped responding.

    Purchased the truck 2 months ago, unable to get my vehicle registered. I want my sales tax anbd shipping refunded from them and the title of my truck mailed to me NOW or it will be lawsuit time. I am fed up, I have sent email after email and they keep blaming beacon. Asking for other items, it appears they don't know how to sell cars out of state. Truck had a h*** of a lot more damage than expected, including a broken driver seat, should have denied the truck and made them take it back. SO, expect email responses, NOT A CALL as I want a paper trail of all of this for my lawyer.

    We did not receive a valid registration from Mr. ******* which delayed the completion of the title work. However, after several phone calls, the *** in Mr. ******** state has accepted the expired registration, confirming that he still owns the same plate. We have overnighted all required documentation as of September 23, 2024.

    I bought a used vehicle with a 3 month powetrain warranty. They said truck had an inspection done. After leaving lot, steering on truck is messed up. Their mechanics missed this in the inspection *** sold me a truck that might be unsafe to drive. A shop is saying steering gear box is bad. Randy wise will not take responsibility for selling a truck that could have steering lock up on the highway. I want this fixed correctly. And they said no. U bought it as is. But they sold it non functional. Not happy

    Dear Customer Engagement Specialist,
    We have received your letter regarding a new complaint with *************************. I have reached out to the client and his mother. They brought the vehicle into us on 8/6/24 at about 11:30 a.m.
    I have driven the vehicle with the technician and we did duplicate the clients concern. After inspecting the truck we did find that the u-joints in the intermediate steering shaft were binding intermittently. We did make the repair to the steering shaft and test drove again to find no further problem with the steering. Unfortunately when the customer made a concern with the truck it was only with the salesperson and not a manager at the dealership nor did the issue get escalated to a manager. I apologize for that. Truck is now repaired and client has been contacted.

    On 7/30/2019, I purchased a vehicle from Randy Wise Buick GMC in ******, **. With the vehicle, I also purchased an extended warranty with a contract term of 60 MONTHS or ****** MILES. *** vehicle had ****** miles at the time of purchase and it was explained to me that this would give me an additional ****** miles of coverage, NOT that the coverage expired at ****** total miles on the vehicle. If I sign a NEW contract, it starts the day I sign the contract, NOT the day the car was made. It was explained to me that this extended warranty would give me an ADDITIONAL ****** miles, therefore, my vehicle would be covered up to almost ******* miles. *** that my vehicle is in for repair, they are claiming the coverage is expired.

Management has been in contact with ******** throughout the entire process. ******** has recently been presenting with solutions and is currently working with Management.
