*on * provided great service. He's polite and friendly. He arrived right on time the day after I called for an appointment. He made sure I understood what the problems were, and took care of them without incurring additional charges. Still within the first hour, he made sure I knew where my meter and shut off is. I will be calling Waterwork for my future plumbing needs.

I am not happy with the response to a service that was not correct. Very poor customer service.I have work with them in the past with good results. The last service left my project worse than when they started. There was no conversation about corrective actions as I had another service fix what they misdiagnosed. Contacted via website and got a call back in under an hour. I was not in a rush but they had a same day late day slot open.Don the Pumer showed up and I decided to get the work done now. New sump pump installed and works ********* notch service and work.WaterWork Plumbing Response
