  The district attorney and district court of ******** have requested an appraisal for a property of mine that is involved in a lawsuit. this company was contracted by them to do said appraisal. ******************* the general appraiser was contacted by myself multiple times as well by the property management company and the realtor asking for the completed appraisal, it has been almost three weeks with multiple phone calls text messages and emails with no response. I finally get a hold of him asking for it and he was extremely rude to me on the telephone and hung up on me. this is extremely rude behavior for any company yet alone for a court case requesting this.

  ***************** compliant is without foundation or fact and apparently done in retaliation because I would not provide him with an appraisal that I cannot legally or ethically give him.

  I was hired by the ************* ********** of ******* ***** to provide appraisals services and analysis for litigation because of the ***** water contamination.   This predates ***************** ownership of the property and he is NOT a litigant in this federal law suit.   Even if he was a litigant, the client for my appraisals services is the ****   Legally and ethically, I cannot provide this to anyone other than the client, the ****

  I have no knowledge of the district attorney and the district court of ******** and they did not hire me.   If there is another case that he is a part of the with ********, that still would not change anything.

  When he contacted me by either text or phone, he left very demanding and threating messages insisting on getting a copy of the appraisal immediately or he would report me to the BBB.   I left a voice mail explaining that I could not give him a copy.   Apparently, he does not believe this as he has filed a complaint.

  I was not in any way rude to him even though he tried to intimidate and bully me.   I absolutely did not hang up on him.   I have NEVER, EVER hung up on anyone during my 50 years of business.

  He maybe under the mistaken belief that because he is the current owner and gave me access to the property that he is *********** a copy of the report.   This is not true; the client is the only one I can legally provide the report to.
