We purchased our water softener and reverse osmosis equipment from RainSoft four years ago. We had had some problems recently with the system, but RainSoft, sent a technician out who fixed it. This young man, 20 years old, was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable And readily took information from ** about the symptomatic problems, and lifestyle usage of water in the home. He drilled and reset the tube from the brine tank and re-purposed and reset scheduled regeneration cycles to match our lifestyle usage of water. This man was an extremely attentive, listening, problem-solving technician!! He was able to ask incisive questions, to help him understand what needed to be done to stop the excessive solidification and mushy salt and brine at the bottom of the tank!!!! And anyone who hires this young man can expect, and receive the highest level of professional work! I highly recommend, RainSoft, and especially this young technician, who is an asset to anyone who would hire him! God bless him!RainSoft Water Treatment of Northern Michigan Response

*******************, was the specialist that visited us to do our water test and explain what we could do to change the quality of our water for the better. We didnt end up going through with a purchase, but I will say, of all the Sales personnel Ive come across, **** is by far the most personable and kind. My Fianc and I even talked to each other, about how great he was, even after hed left. I remember saying, ***, I almost asked him if he wanted to stay for dinner. **** was a pleasure to have in our home and has our 5 star rating! *** was prompt. Cleaned our unit for the yearly maintenance. Cost has gone up like everything else. Before purchasing the unit, make sure you know the cost of yearly maintenance and filters. Not all parts are covered under the warranty.RainSoft Water Treatment of Northern Michigan Response
