  I was told the car was inspected and in working condition. I asked directly, and have a witness to the fact, if the car had any major issues. I was told no it was in safe driving conditions and was bought with a warranty not as is. A few days later I noticed a loud bong noise when I called the dealership they could not get me in until the next week. When I came in, at first they said there were no issues with the vehicle. when I told them the issues the vehicle had they then changed their story. They are clamming there is nothing I can do and my warranty does not become active for 30 days and did not cover the parts. I called the warranty company and they said it is active and did cover the parts. They have consistently lied not only on the condition of the vehicle when expressly asked but the terms of the warranty. They are unwilling to work with me even though they have had my vehicle for 2 days.

  i purchased a 2016 jeep patriot from micheals car sales in august of 2021. shortly after having it ,the interior rear dome light leaked every time it rained. *** had it back at micheals for repairs 4 times since then. still it leaks. and now the light flickers ..which is becoming a electrical problem. im tired of not being able to use the back end when it rains and having to keep taking to ********** just for it not to be fixed,The first time they replaced the third brake light which is no where near the light. the second time they reglued and taped a rubber plug on the back hatch. third time they blew out the sunroof drain pipes which again is nowhere near the light or drains to the back of the vehicle like they tried telling me. 4th time they replaced the wifi antenna and rear dome light .

  In the above reference number , the customer brought this vehicle in on Friday 10/28 and 

  ****************** **** took another look at the 2016 patriot, and determined he 

  needed to order 2 rubber gaskets , one for rear wiper , and another gramit for the roof.

  We hope this solves the problem and the customer is satisfied with the fix. The parts should be
