    This is the worst place in the world! They have been out to my home 3 times and my washing machine in the last month and its still not working. Then when I call to complain about their technician and how them and Lowes have been giving me the runaround a man comes on the phone and says hes a lawyer and is sending my claim back because hes mad that I am mad. This has to be the biggest piece of s*** company in the world for them to have lawyers interrupting calls at an appliance company!!! They are not good enough to fix the string on a yo-yo! DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR APPLIANCE!!!!!!

    They are extremely unprofessional. We have a fully covered appliance with warranty that they were supposed to be fixing. Each visit requires a 4 hour window that we have to be home(off work). Well it has been 4 visits and it is still not repaired. Visit 1- **** came and was very gruff. We tried to explain the issues and were told he had never heard of that happening with this brand. He ordered a part. Visit 2- **** returned with a part and installed it. Trying to fix the fact that we were not getting any ice. The part that he put in, never fixed the problem and not only did we not have ice being made in the door, but the water also quit working. So we called again. Visit 3- new technician, *******. He was nice but did not have the right tools to open the panel?!? He heard the noise and said that yes something was wrong and he was going to leave notes and talk with **** about the noise. Visit 4- **** never left a message or text that he was coming. There is a missed call on one number but no message. We were out walking our dogs, he passed us (and he would have known it was us) and went to house. He did not call to ask where we were, just left a card and went to leave. I intercepted him on the road and asked him to return to the house. And I told him I did not have a text or message that he was on his way. He was very abrupt. I asked how long the repair would take(because I have to be outside with dogs as he is scared of them), he said ***** mins. He came out with in 5 mins and said he would be done in 10?!? I went in and asked how, he said it was a frozen line. How in the other 3 visits was this not found? He said he "would throw the new part in anyway" and somehow was able to do everything in less than 15 mins. I asked about the noise. He said he had no idea, and ******* didn't leave notes. I asked him to call *******, he refused. Said I will need a 5th visit. I called his main office, they refused to help and now we have to start over. Worst customer service

    I have used **'s twice and have been impressed both times with ******************** and Service Techs. Friendly, and knowledgeable.

    They scam DTE appliance insurance! Send out tech that says he needs to come back with a part then they do and say they fixed but it is actually not fixed! When you contact them they say just call DTE again and make a new ticket but they appliance isn't fixed qith the first ticket but they want paid again! Avoid!!
