    Back in Oct 2021, I purchased a "e-locker" for my jeep and gave it to my mechanic to install. The locker turned out to be defective and I sent it back to the manufacturer, *****, directly based on their acknowledgement that the locker was defective. Then my mechanic purchased one from ************************, which also turned out to be defective (same issue). They were supposed to issue a replacement, but have yet to do so for either locker. I have many emails between ***************************** at ***** stating that the company had to remanufacture the e-locker because they had made it incorrectly. Over the past year, I have sent email after email after looking for a status. I get told that it will be ready soon and then I get responses about they are moving to a new plant for manufacturing, etc. I have been getting the run around for 14 months, meanwhile, my jeep is in pieces at the mechanic awaiting this part. I have no resolution as to when or if I am ever getting this part and ******* ignores my emails and does not ***********. See emails below in the attachment citing the history of this situation. I am seeking a full refund for each locker and a replacement for the time I have been waiting on a resolution. I have lost money on insuring the car and not being able to drive my vehicle for 14 months and counting, I have to have my car inspected for my tags and have had to push this off twice. This has been a major inconvenience and the lack of attention to this issue by ***** is mind blowing.
