This park has been around a LOT longer than 6 years, and if it's an A+ then I'm *********************************. They care more about quick money. move folks into trailers that are not move-in ready, trailers in cruddy condition (some without key components like a working furnace or toilet installed, others with mold throughout or missing floor) They keep saying they will fix the roads, the missing street lights, street signs, pot holes, etc... and yet all the actually do every year is plant flowers, 2024 being the OVERBOARD year where they have them at just about every corner (both sides) of the park, and these aren't low priced **************** either!They run off the long-term renters/trailer owners in exchange for the constant traffic of new residents that don't last long but the park makes quick $$. They change the rent, garbage pickup, fees, lot lines, rules & regulations to suit themselves at any time.Review from Steven R

Parkwood,it's a run down old park. With trailers from other parks brought in and scattered all over. A lot of them are vacant. Most of the ones that are lived in are repaired in makeshift condition. Mold In alot of them. Water lines that leak. Some units cannot pass electrical inspection. *************** keeps telling you, it's *********** that's why it cost more. Well actually it's *****! Lower your rates!!! It's ***** not ***********
