Bought my trike in Jan 2024. Had a few months to enjoy it. Now I am getting an error message on the *** display and the throttle does not work. Can't find anyone to work on it and getting no response from Anywherebikes.Review from Randy L

I will never buy anything from this company. I have been trying to get ahold of them since march of 2024 and I cant even get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls and emails. This is one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with.Review from Barbara B

I bought a Anywhere Trike in May 2023 and received it in a week. I realized it was too big for me so I contacted the company and they sent me papers and contacted a trucking *** to pick the trike up. They said they would look it over and then they would send me my refund minus restocking and shipping fees. I sent it back June 8th 2023. Didn't hear from them so I called June 28th and they said that they received and I would get my refund in 10 days. I called again July 12th I was then told that they sent my refund June 16th to Paypal ,but it was never posted to my account so they said that they would call me in a couple weeks that they would have to investigate during that time I called Paypal and they checked and said they never received it. This is Aug 9th and I still haven't heard from Anywherebikes, I haven't received my refund and everytime I call I am now automatically transferred to an message machine to leave my number my reason for the call and someone will call me back in 48 hrs, which does happen they also don't email me back or text.Review from Steve R

I was nervous ordering an expensive, unknown product from an unknown, out of state company. Ordering was easy (with a little help from ******), and delivery took 6 business days. The partially assembled trike arrived in great condition, with no missing parts or documentation. The illustrated assembly manual is best viewed on a tablet or laptop the tiny illustrations in the print version are not helpful. Hopefully the buyer has their own tools because those shipped with the trike were too small to get the desired leverage. I have ridden the trike daily this week, and I am getting quite comfortable with it. I have been an avid cyclist for 70 years but find the steering the trike sufficiently different that I recommend that you slow down and find an empty parking lot to practice. At first I was afraid that I would return the trike because it was too much for me, but now I think it is a keeper.Review from Britney C

We purchased an electric trike from this company. The trike was shipped to us and assembled by us over a period of two days. After completing the assembly and charging the battery as directed, the bike will not turn on. We've called Anywhere Bikes numerous times and have been told that we will receive return calls but have never received any. They have a "return' policy but cannot get a Return Authorization through normal channels. We're out over $3500 and all we have is an expensive boat anchor. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS.
