After meeting with 3 other companies that deal with water problems in basements, Foundation Specialist was my choice. Mike R evaluated my water problem and gave me 2 options for fixing the problem without attempting to oversell (up charge) my project. The crew led by Ernie were all professional, polite and did a wonderful job. I'm so happy I went with Foundation Specialist I'm really looking forward to having the water problem fixed.

**** was a huge help in finding the actual root cause as to why my basement had a leak rather than just trying to help seal it backup. I appreciate that he cared more about making sure the reason why water was getting in was fixed rather than just trying to shield my basement.Review from Jacqueline C

My husband and I don't like spending money on a crawlspace that no one will see but we knew the moldy smell in our home had to go. Foundation Specialists was referred by my sister who was extremely happy with their work on her big project. I received 2 competitor estimates and Foundation Specialists was somewhat less but not significantly so. My reason for choosing them was Mike T project manager. I can't say enough good things about him and his workers. They all worked hard and took pride in it. Our job is complete and we are extremely happy. Spencer and his crew are beyond amazing!!! I had multiple contractors give multiple bids but Spencer was the first to not only listen to me but also gave me several options. Very informative and professional. We originally considered having another company do the work but are so happy we got a second quote and chose Foundation Specialist! They removed our old water system and replaced it with a new one. They had it done in 4 days and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!!!Foundation Specialist Response

Foundation specialist did a great job in our basement. Needed to repair cement had water damage and needed a new sump pump. The team worked well together. **** came and gave us an estand explained everything well to us. Kept us informed as to their work schedule and arrived on time to do work. We are happy with the work and they guarantee the work done for life. Now we just need a good Ole rain storm with downpour of rain to see if it's truly water proof.
