    this company is very bad. I’m not getting any refund out of them. I’ve tried over 45 days to try to get my money back after the I property canceled on me . the place that canceled on me Quit responding to my emails and Booking.com kept giving me the runaround saying I had to wait 7 to 10 business days and then that turned into five days then that turned into 48 hours that also turned into 30 days twice and so on and so on it’s been 45 days since they canceled on me with no return of my money or any emails mailed to the original property owner .and booking.com Will not pay me my money. They keep trying to give the property owner time to pay me and I believe 45 days is well enough time. My money was taken instantly when I made the reservation. I paid in full now I can’t get my money back at all. Customer service on Booking.com has hung up on me several times after I asked to speak to a supervisor it’s almost instant that I get hung up on. It’s not coincidence. It’s just pure bad business I keep getting put on hold. I keep getting hung up on I have not raised my voice. I have not cussed I was being civil so there should’ve been no reason to hang up on me. I did not want to be mean because that makes it that much harder to get the money back I believe so I was trying to be as civil as possible. Do not use Booking.com for anything ever I mean, how much money could you be saving? I am out money by using Booking.com.

    I made a mistake on booking a flight with this company I booked May 28th when it should have been March 28th I called them to let them know that I've made a mistake and could they accommodate me on March 28th what they asked me to do was to pay more money when it all reality they had three flights they could have accommodated me on on that day. Now I have to take a flight a day early and then pay for a hotel once I get there over a simple mistake that they refuse to correct and they keep lying and saying that they don't have the date that I want available when I see it on their website for the past 4 days they do have it available

    On December 29, I was booked by Booking. com at the Radisson hotel in Panama City Beach Florida and after making arriving for my reservations I went to room 901 and upon entering the room I witness what appears to be blood stains on sheets dirty refrigerator, microwave, sink with hair, shower with rust and hair in the drain. After viewing this I called front desk as I was told to return my key and that I will not be charged for this uncleanness situation that I experienced. I was told Booking. Com would be contacted, and all charges would be erased due to this problem. On December 29, 2024, I canceled the room on my app and sent email to customer service explaining what I just experience and witness and why I refused to stay in and environment like this. I was told by Booking.com it would be investigated email back 1 week later same push off and taking days to answer. Then I notice all my email conversations on Booking.com app was erased and no longer there, so I called the company today 2/2/25 at 1.10 p.m. eastern time. Spoke with and agent that said they were waiting for hotel to respond as I was placed on hold then as usual call was lost. Enjoyed traveling with Booking. Com and did not want it to come to this, but they are doing unprofessional acts when customers trust and believe they will support their traveling needs. I have reported this property to Florida Health Department and their corporate office and have been considering speaking with and Attorney. I want my affirm account fully refunded in which I'm paying monthly and never got the services I was promised in which is a clean sanitized place to lay my head for 2 nights. For the last 30 days the scam that I feel has been done to a loyal customer should not be tolerated or performed to people that trust and depend on this company to be honest with their travel needs

    THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE ON A LARGE SCALE AND NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN. Booking.com and its partners are posting hotel rates with price guranteeds that are NOT being honored at the hotel at check in. Once you call them or inquire for correction or for the original invoice to be honored, they impose on the customer to just pay what the hotel asks and will reimburse. But they FAIL to ever reimburse you and attempt to confuse you by reminding you of terms and conditions that do not apply. When there is a posted policy in my booking RECEIPT and FINAL total it should be honored. THIS IS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND SCAMMING IN THE OPEN PUBLIC. Charging the customer for modifications, cancellations, on your company's error- is WRONG. I encourage everyone to seek legal action and to ban together to show this business you cannot defraud the American People and get away with it. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! BOOK DIRECTLY IF YOU CAN.

    If I could I would give them 0 stars. I booked through them and the facility was horrible. The clerk at the motel gave us a refund, which we never received. I contacted booking.com and was advised that I need to reach out to the facility. The motel’s manager worked on it and advised me that the refund was issued to booking.com. She even called them and was advised that I need to call them and demand a 3 way call. I must have called booking.com 4 times and they kept disconnecting the call. Today, I spoke to someone at booking.com and was advised that they didn’t receive the refund and they don’t issue refunds. Also, I was advised that for security reason, we can’t do a 3 way call. Bunch of BS. Now I’m out of my money. I will never use this company again!!! Already deleted my app for this horrible company.

    No where in my reservation did it say non refundable. I attempted to cancel well in advance and it’s quite literally impossible to do so on the app or booking website. I had to modify it and now will be charged if I cancel. Ridiculous.

    I booked my stay at the Strat hotel in las vegas. I get to the hotel and they don't have my reservation. It never went through. Booking charged me and I never received the service. I had to pay twice as much at the front desk for a room on top of having to pay the booking price that never got refunded to me and they never responded to any of my emails for a refund

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Booking.com. I had a confirmed reservation for my stay, but on the day of my arrival, I was notified that my booking had been canceled. To make matters worse, customer service provided no clear explanation or solution, leaving me stranded and scrambling for last-minute accommodations. What’s even more frustrating is that despite the cancellation being on their end, they are refusing to refund my money. This lack of accountability and poor customer support has caused significant stress and financial loss. I will not be using Booking.com again and would caution others about their unreliable service and inability to honor reservations or provide proper refunds.

    They robbed me of $600 from a canceled reservation. I cancelled within 3 hrs to book another one of their properties and they charge me $600 in cancellation fees. When I told them I couldn’t afford to loose that money they said their decision is final. I’m so hurt and out of money.. I wouldn’t recommend you book through them unless you have too. Read all fine prints because they will LIE!
