In October 2023 on a construction site, this company oversprayed insulation all over my vehicle. I got in contact with immediately. They told me to go to a local detailing shop and they should be able to take it off. They were unsuccessful at removing the Spray Foam. So I contacted them and told him that they were unsuccessful so they had me go to another detailing shop and they were unsuccessful. At this point a couple months have passed and the consensus was nobody was able to remove the Spray Foam from any of my local detailing shops. So they had me try one more place which was about an hour drive away. They promised me that they would get me a rental vehicle which they did and make it more worth my while with gift cards that detailing company was unsuccessful so they tried another mobile detailing company and they were unsuccessful. we are about four months into this whole deal. They were very unprofessional the whole time we finally came to the conclusion where they had to repaint my vehicle which was going to cost anywhere between $9000 to $14,000 instead of paying that to repaint my vehicle I told him that I would settle for $5000 and they agreed and they jerked me around multiple weeks before they ever paid me. They took them a total of six months on a problem that they say that they have all the time, the moral of the story is this company is absolutely garbage and they are so poor managed by **** *. It is amazing that they still are in business today. highly recommend going to any other spray company.
