    Do not buy from this dealer, especially *****************. My teenage son spent his entire savings SIX MONTHS AGO on a vehicle with low miles, hoping to offer some reliability in a vehicle, as he was going away to college an hour away. Within 6 months, we've spent over $1,000 in repairs (on a $6,000 vehicle) and now are dealing with either an alternator or computer issue, so definitely at least another $1000 in repairs. ***, whom we bought from, offered no help except drop it off and we'll see if we can fix it (the last issue we had, which was 3 weeks ago, we did this and didn't have the car back for 2 weeks. Shout out to ********* for actually caring about us, though!). Had the car back 2 days and now this. I was hoping he could at least just get me a price for an alternator, but he wasn't even willing to get a hold of the service department for me for that (it's impossible to get anyone on the phone for service). He said they might be able to help with labor costs, but wont know anything until I bring it in. I cant go another 3 weeks without this car (our other car is also in the shop). He did offer to sell us another car, but cant tell me what a trade in would be without seeing it. ??. Not sure how this guy or anybody here can sleep at night.. if you want honest customer service, DO NOT GO HERE.

    BE CAREFUL!! I took my 2016 chrysler 200 in Late (July 20223). FOR A OIL & WIPER BLADES CHANGE There was a power outagei in the are which caused me to have to wait a few days before i could get my car back, which is Understandable. After receivng my car, A couple days later i noticed a crack stemming from the point where windershield wiper meets glass. The crack was very faint and unnoticable at first, until a couple days after it started to show and progressivly got worse & slowly spread. I provided them pictures of the incident & took the car back to show in person. After A MONTH AND HALF OF MANAGERS TELLING ME "WELL LOOK INTO IT" and passivley blowing me off, & ignoring my emails. They Concluded that they did not cause the crack and it was potentially there from the start. OR caused by something else. Ive had the car for 2 years how could the crcack all of sudden decide to surface after 2 years. RIDICULUS The managers will make empty promises of calling me to work something out. I'd wait weeks & even give them additional days to contact me. I would not hear antyhing from them at all unless i show up in person and get fed another bluff story, & they'll call me to which they will not do & just waist more time. THIS STARTED LATE JULY & IT IS NOW OCTOBER STILL WAITING. Dissapointed & a very untheical way of dealing with customers, especially as a manger and has made me loose trust in the place of business i will not be brining my car for service here again. If your planing on bring your car here for any services GOOD LUCK!

    HORRIBLE dealer. Salesman ***************** sold us a 2010 Jeep Wrangler for $18,000 almost exactly 12 months ago. The thing is a total piece of junk!!! After not even 400 miles, the clutch broke and we had to have it towed to a repair shop (of course their own service **** couldnt get it in for over a month and we couldnt wait that long). Then we discovered the brakes were shot and replaced those. Then the jeep broke down again and we had to have it towed from the side of 131, now it needed a new flywheel. All said in the past 12 months its been driven abour ***** miles and has cost almost $3K in repairs. We decide to take it back and trade it in because we cant keep dumping thousands into it. ***************** was so sorry and promised to make it right and assured us that he would talk to his manager. We were so gullible and actually trusted hIm. When we went to trade in the 2010 Wrangler for a 2016 Wrangler, he informed us that the 2010 Wrangler was only worth $12,500 now (after we had paid $18,000 for it 12 months prior, put not even ***** miles on it and had $3K in repair costs). his offer to make things right was $500 extra on the trade in value. We were in utter disbelief. we have NEVER been taken advantage of like this before! This dealer does not care about its customers OR the pieces of junk they happily sell to get their commissions - we got completely screwed over. Hope this review helps someone NOT get scammed like we were! Buyer beware
