- Our policy is that the customer/end user directs their complaints/returns/refunds directly with our distributor that they originally purchased the product from. If our distributor cannot satisfactorily answer the end users questions regarding instructions/specifications of our products, the distributor is encouraged to direct those call to us for further assistance. We do not offer direct refunds if the end-user purchased it from our distributor. They must seek refunds from the company they purchased product from. We do offer replacements if it falls under our warranty policy. Typically replacements within a 30 day window is still handled by the distributor that the end-user purchased the product from.
