On Friday am July 1st, at 10:00am, I arrived home from work to find two young men on my metal roof from All Gutter Systems. I asked them what they were doing at my home without my awareness. On June 27th, 2022, I received an email from ***** ****, a salesman from All Gutter Systems stating that they had received my deposit and it placed me on their schedule for the week of July *******, or the following July 21 thru the 26th, 2022. The message also stated that I would receive a phone call in the afternoon the day prior to my job and that the installer would call me when he was on his way. I was never notified by phone or mail that they would be there that am.I found it odd that the email was signed by **** **** the owner , and it was sent by ***** ****. I then agreed to allow them to proceed with the installation. I went upstairs to look out my bathroom window and was very upset to see a large scratch on my metal roof. There was also a large opening on the downspout where a small animal could enter. I asked the guys to save all of my old gutters and downspouts so I could use them on my barn. They managed to severely damage one which was beyond my using.I became very upset and told them to leave. That I did not pay 30k for my new roof for them to scratch it all up. I asked them to stop the work because I was very dissatisfied with them. In fact the young man that did the damage was very inexperienced on walking on a roof. He had no business on my roof. He kept stumbling and loosing his balance. I immediately called ***** ****, left him a message to call me and I have yet to here from him today July 6th, 2022.

I did see that the complaint was made on 7/06/2022. We since were out there on 2.14.2023 and did an install and worked with the customer. I believe this has been resolved. Please, let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
