This company falsely acquired my matter with no intention of ever seeing it through. They do not care about the consumer or my situation at all. They are outright criminal to the human race. They mislead me to believe that they would actually help. They didnt and I dont think the man that agreed to help me even called me once oh yes he was on a trip overseas vacationing and till this day has never once called me in regards. Oh and they even tried to collect their monies fraudulently in order to trip the system. Do not use this company.

This is extremely untrue and defamatory. Our office tried to work with ******, and we have all the texts and emails to show our progress. Including our correspondence with the State, we were only waiting on a determination. Due to ****** stopping payment on a check unexpectedly and becoming non-responsive, our office had to rescind the Power of Attorney.Review from Joetta B

Apex Tax Solutions, LLC is a great company to work for. They look out for their clients, and make sure they get paired with the correct resolution person for their particular situation. As a person that has worked with them for a number of years, they are fair to their representatives as well as very fair to their clients. They will not take frivolous cases or cases that they feel or that their representatives feel like the clients are not being up front with us about their situations.Apex Tax Solutions, LLC Response

I knew we were off to a positive start when the owner, *******, called me while on vacation to discuss our issues. We had a truly professional experience with Keystone Tax Consulting. The flat fee pricing was reasonable and easy to manage. Our practitioner was a pleasure to work with. She spelled out expectations clearly and worked doggedly to resolve our issue. In a world where there are so many firms promising unrealistic outcomes for tax issues, it is nice to know that there is a company that is not trying to market hype.
