I first contacted Giles remodeling on April 29th for construction of a carport. He provided an estimate of $10,000 with a timing of being completed within a month. On may 4th I provided $5,000 as a deposit and the contact was signed with the remaining $5,000 due in two installments. On May 31st I contacted Giles Remodeling again as I had not heard from him since I gave him the deposit. He informed me that there was a delay with the permit and that it should be resolved by Friday, June 9th. On Monday June 12th I contacted the ********* ************* and they had no record of a permit being filed under my address, my name, or the companies name. I contacted Mr. ********************** on Monday, June 12th to request a full refund of my deposit due to a breach in contract which he agreed to return in full by Friday, June 16th.

Starting last winter I was backing out of my driveway both of my rear tires popped due to Giles contracting unloading and loading scrap building material into their vehicles in front of my driveway. I then proceeded the next time I saw them working on the house next-door to ask them to please not load of scrap building materials in front of my house. They then responded to me by stepping at me on my property while yelling asking me if it was my business what they were doing I then proceeded to ask them to get off of my property and had to call the police to have their vehicle moved from in front of my house . I just simply asked them to please not be loading building materials up in front of my driveway so I do not pop my tires again. I was not going to make this an issue until they decide that the proper way to respond to this was to throw screws in my driveway throw them all over the road in front of my house Ive had a magnet sweep my driveway multiple times for all kinds of screws and construction material. I simply work on cars so the construction nails and the construction screws that were found in my driveway were not from me because I do not use those types of screws. I then had my father the owner of my house whom Im renting it from call the contracting company and ask him for the antics to please stop. They then just recently contracted someone out to drill a well in the neighbors yard the neighbors yard was not **** job while they were drilling the well it took me three hours of cleaning my driveway off to get all the 3 inches of water out of my driveway and into the drain. I would simply remove this complaint against them if they would replace my tires at this point in time and they would pay for the time that I spent cleaning out my driveway. Now mind you I had to clean out my driveway and pick up all of the screws even though I just had surgery on my knee. For them to treat someone that was on crutches like this it is absolutely ridiculous.
