We moved in 07-23-2016, we paid $21,000.00 + interest for our mobile home. We paid it off around -2023. We still havn't received the title on our home, We have been told that she had to find it because the new owners threw all the titles in an envelope and she had to sort them out, We took her our orginal lease with all the information so she could find it quicker, and she still hadn't produced our title. I left her a message that I could get an attorney to help her find our title. She messaged me back that evening and told me that she found our title but she needed to take it to Secretary of State and get it transfered into the parks name then she could sign it off so we could get it to have it put in our name but she said that she had to make an appointment with Secretary of State. That was at least 3 months ago and we still havn't gotten our title. I don't feel that they have done anything to resolve this problem but rather just giving us the run around. All I want is to get the title for the home I paid for and I want our original lease back.
