    4-26-2023 bought some bulbs while visiting paid cash & was told delivery would be October. Never received contacted them & was told they never received what we wanted from their supplier. Wanting a refund & asked why we were never notified of this. They said if we gave them our charge card info they would refund- not feeling comfortable with that we requested they just send a check, only $9.99 but how many other customers do they do this to & those customers forget or misplace their ************* they make out with not refunding!!! I just want a good check for my $9.99. Also a warning how they operated *********************** policy have been in contact with them since end of October & no resolve other than after holidays they will look into this- REALLY

    Last May we purchased nearly $150 of tulip bulbs while visiting for Tulip Time. We enjoyed the visit. We have receipts and one of the tracking numbers but nearly a year later have no bulbs and no resolution. Weve contacted several times. Ive been told I dont know where I purchased and its likely another locations even though the receipt has their name. Ive been told the addresses must have been illegible but I have impeccable handwriting. It took months to even get a response. No one will help. Last response on ******** even said they have 4 people working and its hard like thats an excuse for wasting peoples hard earned money. They simply should not offer any shipping services outside their area where people can drive to them to get a resolution.

    In *** of 2022, my mother and I traveled to *******, ********, for the annual tulip festival. We purchased nearly $100 each in tulips from Velheer Tulips to be mailed to ** in October for planting. Two weeks into October, I emailed to inquire when the tulips would be shipped, at which time I was advised all tulips sold in *** would ship at the end of the week. That was October 17. A month later, I followed up with the same email address and received no response. I called Veldheer's, and the employee informed me multiple customers were calling with the same issue. She said she'd take down my information, but to this day, January 28, 2023, I have not been contacted.

    Purchased 5/8/2022. We were told bulbs would be shipped before the first frost approximately late October. I contacted them several times in November via emails and social media. I have left a phone message. It appears that I am not alone as there were numerous customers upset on their ******** page. I sent a copy of my receipt and have yet to receive a response of any kind.
