This company was hired through D&P communications to put in fiber optic cables in the ********************* **. Sometime within the 1st 2 weeks of December 2023 they came down my street and laid the underground cables. We noticed issues with our plumbing starting on December 15 2023, our toilet was making a bubbling sound. December 25th all of our drains started clogging one after another, and we heard sounds of spitting and gurgling under our porch. Upon futher inspection we noticed all the water we were using in our home was coming up out of a pipe under our porch. For the next week or so we tried on our own to figure out the issue. Called 2 different plumbers between January 4th and 9th 2024. They tried snaking and cameras. The camera got stuck in our main sewer line and could not get through, ******* said we need to excavate this section of main sewer line to figure out problem. Misdig ticket was put in so everyone came and marked utilities. D&Ps lines were close to where we needed to excavate. They came out and denied boring through sewer line. Dug it up and found they did bore through the main sewer line. They fixed where they went through the pipe. This did not fix the problem of our water all coming up under our porch. They hired another plumber to come out and they also could not get to the bottom of the issue. They said the main sewer line is possibly collapsed but needs to be excavated up in order to know for sure. RMJ Directional Boring or D&p will not take responsibility for this portion of the problem. We tried going through RMJs insurance but they ended up denying the whole claim because the pipe has not been excavated which would make it possible to tell if this all was indeed caused by what they originally damaged. I have went through their insurance, called both companies many times to try and resolve this and they will not take responsibility for the main sewer line issues and the damage it has caused to me home.
