Happy customer on N/E side of Grand Rapids, Mi. - -Our concrete front porch had been badly repaired by the previous homeowner. It was literally crumbling and water was leaking into our basement. We contacted Reliable Business Services in Jenison MI. They came out the same day, I believe, and gave us a quote. We were put on the schedule to have the porch and sidewalk demolished and redone. We were given a timeframe, but unfortunately, due to endless rain, it got delayed a bit. We had company coming from out of town, so they went out of their way to get it done in time for my families arrival. The workers were super nice and Janelle in the office was VERY sweet and helpful. They always called us back promptly to answer questions that we had. I hope to use them again for other projects that we have coming up. They did a great job and I'm happy with the results! This was our first time working with ***** and the company. They came highly recommended and now we see why. We had a large cement patio (40x12) plus drains and (2 part) retaining wall installed-and the old stuff torn out. We had one small hiccup and one bigger issue (once they started digging) that he discussed could happen ahead of time (no surprises). They addressed it in a timely and very fair manner. The customer service is better then any other contractor I have dealt with, very easy to work with. Exceptional workmanship on the cement itself. I would definitely use them again (and plan to for our next project). I highly recommend.Review from Joe S

We hired ***** and his crew to remove carpeting and to install vinyl plank flooring. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He helped choose an excellent flooring product and his crew did a fine job with the installation. ***** followed up to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend ***** and Reliable Building Services.
