            This location offers online promotions BOGO deals and ARE a participating location. This location has decided to take it upon itself to advertise the business as closed so they do not have to offer the deals stated on the website. The location was contacted by phone and we were told the company advertises as closed to get around giving online ordering deals set by the corporate office. The workers stated the deals advertised are not allowed in stores and only online. This is a corrupt company and its franchise owner needs to be held responsible for false claims while being a participating location. I would request a full explanation of why this is happening and will be contacting my legal team regarding this matter as well.

            This store does honor online BOGO deals and does not close online to avoid honoring the BOGO.  There are times where online orders are off line due to internet provider issues or peak time staffing.  Subway does have some offers that are only available online through our app with a limited redemption time that is not controlled by the employees.  We have discussed this with the employees at all our locations and can find no instant where online orders were turned off simply to avoid honoring coupons. On reviewing our locations we see that online coupons have been honored daily.  All Subways are individually owned and operated and can opt out of any offers at any time.

            Dont show that you are closed when you are not. Please review phone conversations as you will see this is the reason we were told it shows closed online. Do better!
