We found a used truck online but was located at the Todd Wenzel in Davidson. We called the dealership in Hudsonville and they were glad to bring it to that location so we could see it and set up an appointment to drive it. The day of the appointment they texted and called us to verify we were planning on coming to the appointment. We arrived, were greeted by Charles, looked over the truck and took it on a test drive. When we returned we sat down at the table, explained we were pre approved and they showed us the approximate payment with all the added fees. We counter offered. At this time, Charles went to get his manager JS to show him some body issues we were concerned about. They returned to the table at which time they showed us a email, dated from the day before, stating that the truck was already been sold at the Davidson branch. But, if we would pay full sticker price they would sell it to us. When we said no, they asked if we would buy it if they lowered it $500. So, was the email a lie, or were they trying to sell us a truck that was already sold? Either way, don’t trust them! As a friend once told me, there’s a special place in ****l reserved for used car salesman and JS and Charles fit the bill.

I had went to there used pre-own car in *********** and I spoke to a sales man name *** and I told him I needed a reliable car cause my grandma had a stroke so I needed to take care of here and he brings me a **** ***** crv he told me before I purchase the car that any time that I did not want the car that I can bring the car back if I mad on time payments they will buy the car back so my car ended up breaking down ***************** I got my car towed to get looked at 1-3-2023 got a phone call at 8 am and they told me I needed a new engine I asked them pacifically can u tell me what happened so I know if it was my fault and the mechanic at ******** auto shop on 28th street and ********* said that the engine was so bad that he couldnt even tell me around 10 am 1-3-2023 today spoke to the manager told him what happened he act like he didnt care or wasnt even trying to help me solve the situation and I told him that his sales man his name is *** said that if I no longer wanted the car that I can bring it back and they will buy it back so it wont be on my credit report the manger said that she should have not said that so I was lied to and basically said it was my responsibility to fix it and iv only has the car for 3 months going on 4 Im so thankful that my grandma who had a stroke was not in the car with me that day they dont care about peoples well being even my 78 year old grandma thats suffering from a stroke this business needs to be shut down the same thing that happened to my car is the same thing thats happening to my sisters car thats very odd that both cars from the same place our engine goes out they need to be stoped and shut down
